Thanks for the truck parking. I was able to park and do my shopping. I don’t spend the night, but it is very nice you provide parking for us truckers. It’s hard for us to shop.

The csm,threw my yougart when it kept ringing up???!!!,all she had to do was take the ones that rang up off??,the manager of the store never came 😒 over to find out what had happened 😑 she or him never reprimanded the illegal immigrant that did this to two black people. Black people need to boycott Walmart for their practices of hiring people that are illegal and stop shopping at their stores completely, because without us they are nothing. We made Walmart the billionaire that they are with our hard work from America, but they turned their backs on the black people completely, all I can say is, what goes around, comes around???

Make sure to call ahead for customer service!!! I arrived first time at 12:50pm, looked for management cause sign says management can do the money orders, management told me it’ll be 40min till she gets back…. Left and came back… it’s1:40 and still no person!!! Over an hour! Disappointment!!!Left and came back, picture after standing in line for 10 minutes

Doors where locked 15 mins before the store itself was supposed to beclosed and I needed to get some medication for my man for his 104 temp. Workers were looking at me and everything and wouldn't even look my way. Very disappointing and sad that they could do something life that to there community!!!!

The "greeters" at this Walmart are so unwelcoming. Sometimes you'll get an emotionless emo girl sitting there, or sometimes a blank faced old guy. Other than that, its just a Walmart so there's not much to say. Just impersonal staff and slow checkouts.UPDATE: Just went here the other day. This review is now a one star... The cashier I went to (a girl named Christina) was super slow and sick. She literally coughed into her arm like 20 times and then coughed while leaning over to put one of our items into a bag, resulting in her coughing into one of our bags of food. Absolutely disgusting. Even if she wasn't sick, it still would've been annoying because she didn't even try to go fast. She just stood there, slowly grabbing every item one at a time and scanning it. It took like 10 minutes! Walmart should be ashamed.UPDATE #2: Wow wow wow how times have changed! Walmarts don't even HAVE greeters anymore. In fact, they don't even have CHECKOUTS. Only self-checkouts. BUUUTT they do have FREE FRIED CHICKEN IN THE TOY SECTION!!!! ‼️‼️‼️🙀🙀🙀🙀 🍗🍗🍗🍗 😋😋😋😋😋 (See pic!) It's so nice to see that Walmart is tackling child hunger by providing floor chicken to all the little kids ☺️🌈✨ it warms my heart! ❤️ Thank you Walmart!! You now get 5 STAR from me ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Checking out was terrible! Long lines with only one checkout open. After 15 minutes another opened. Walmart- you are going to lose valued customers unless you change this practice!

I bought a roast chicken here on January 26th and it was very dry. Apparently you reheated the unsold chicken and re-marked the cooking time. this is a kind of deception

It's Walmart- they have the typical things you'd expect. But they also have a market (grocery) and fabric. Parking lot is huge and I often see campers or trucks parked there for the night. Handicap carts can be hard to find, or they're not charged. Recommend you use the self checkout, other checkout lines are always long as they never seem to have enough open lanes.

Staff is very helpful, shelves are usually at full capacity and the self checkout is always available! In and out very quickly! Sad to see how much theft/destruction customers cause, I regularly see open packages / drinks on shelves.. We need to appreciate the hard working individuals that deal with this daily and still feel motivated enough to show compassion twords customers. It's not easy working in retail but these folks at our Walmart do an awesome job. Plus they have the latest consoles on had even during the shortage lately!

I went here for some specific foods that I couldn't find elsewhere. I was able to get all but one item on my list. Their grocery area is HUMONGOUS!! Loved the meats & cheese selections; most produce looked nice.I'm not a regular Walmart shopper. I was happy to see/use their self checkout! The staff who helped me locate some items were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with a good impression and I'll go back to shop again.

I can't believe I herd Sandy lost her job from here because she was pulling too many carts at one time. This lady has worked the busiest days and the coldest winters in the last few years. She had to work alone when extremely busy but gets let go because she was pulling too many carts on a day where they had very few to none inside when she got there. 👏

I hate how unprofessional they are. My daughter was stopped, asked to empty her bag and the worker made her add a second bag of cat food to her bill and she was so flustered and humiliated that she never noticed until she got home. She called to speak to them at customer service and they were rude as well. We stopped shopping and giving our support to this Walmart. Very unprofessional service.

Varity but noted that stock is often low with empty shelves. 02/24/22 can goods better but low on pasta and limited on chicken, prices are going up but not as fast as the local grocery stores.08-01-22 meat and can goods very limited clothing also in short supply. Seemed to have staff and everyone was busy but things were not getting done. 02-27-23 grocery stock continues to decrease and prices become higher. There are times you have to battle the carts of the personal shoppers though there are some kind folks who are considerate. 10-24-23 very busy today, marked down day olds left at the till as they would not enter in the computer correct.04-03-24, picked up prescription s today , process quick and staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Was just in this store and an Employee jumped in my wife’s conversation with me and started swearing and talking trash to us a ran into the back office areas between checkout 11 and costumer services. Manager did nothing. He sat there and protected her. I told him it is all on camera right in front of these offices so find out who it was. And I was informed he can’t do that… weird.

I just wanted to say thank you for allowing truck parking at your store!! 😊 The winter storm 4/4/23 - 4/5/23 closed the interstates down at Fargo and many of us found a safe place to shut down and wait out the storm in your parking lot. Being able to run into the store for supplies was awesome, and the locals were very patient with us trucks trying to manuever into a safe spot in your parking lot. Thank you!!

Fergus Falls Walmart is a necessary evil. It is the only place in town where you can buy certain items. The reason for this is is that when they came to town, they lowered the price of goods so low that they drove many people out of business. Customer service is almost nonexistent when you go to cash out there are constantly lines so waiting is always fun. The store really sucks!!!

I needed a battery for my car and it was later in the day. Two employees told me I needed this one battery and one didn't even know what a core charge was and the battery they said I needed was the wrong one. So I looked in the book and seen there was only one battery for my car and took my battery out of my car and put the new one. The one employee was calling me names when he did not know I heard him. It was the worse experience I've ever had in my life at a Walmart. There's either no employees working or ones that walk right by you and totally ignore you. Walmart needs a lot more helpers or they need to train better employees. I would rather pay higher prices and go somewhere else to get what I need.
