I'm so happy we have a real smoke shop! They have all of the cool items you'll find at other smoke shops and everything is reasonably priced! Butane is super cheap for quality product. I highly recommend!

Way over priced on kratom 42 dollar for 70 capsules at home I get 300 for 42 smh I’d advise not to shop there if u don’t want ripped off

Only getting four stars because for some reason when I use my debit card there, the funds are removed from my account and then put back and then removed again later. And if I forget this fact it can really mess with my account. Otherwise it's a great place.

Fun, visually appealing and well organized so it's easy to shop for whatever you had in mind, and the people working there are always pretty dang friendly, totally ready to assist you with answering any questions you might have, and the place has all around good vibes and energy. Prices are same as anywhere within state lines honestly. Not over priced though... Just equally priced.

Our vape juice broke went in to get it a new one and got called a liar and told that I just wanted a free one when my I was literally just in there not less then 5 mins ago. Not to mention the top of the vape juice was crooked when we got it so it doesn't surprise me.

I’ve purchased Vape Juice and Hardware here a few different times, and I must say they have a solid selection. The problem i’ve been having is when the store owner types in his own price for the things I'm buying. Now, Normally I wouldn’t be suspicious but the price fluctuates everytime i’am there, and has even doubled in price! For example:I ask for a pack of coils and the guy asks me “one”? And I reply, “Yes one” (thinking he means on 3-pack). But he then opens up the retail packaging and removes one single coil and proceeds to charge me $8.99 for ONE single Coil. I tried to tell him that that’s the retail price for the whole pack, but he didn’t want to hear it. Can these even be sold individually as per the manufacturers? Same goes with Juice. I bought a bottle yesterday marked as 13.35, And I was charged double that. In this instance he removed it from a Double Pack, But seemingly charged me for Both of them? This place needs to display prices or at least keep consistent at the very minimum.

I visited the store when I first moved back to Fergus Falls in October...: because I was told the only place in town to purchase Kratom was at KING TOBACCOSo I’ve visited this establishment and lo and behold they did carry kratom... however their prices were so ridiculously priced that I had to laugh a little bit. They were trying to charge $25 for a bottle of capsules that they claimed had 14 in the bottle. and they claimed that each capsule was a half of a gram. I took the product home and emptied out a capsule on to a scale and it was less than half of what they claimed it to be. Also they had small individual Ziploc baggies with freedom powder in it. When I asked the employee how much was in the bag he shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know the owner just has me put a scoop in the bag and then put a price tag on it”When I asked the employee if they carried different Vein colors...the employee had no clue what I was talking about when I ask them if they had different strains they had no clue what I was talking aboutMaybe on the tobacco and this is a OK establishment I wouldn’t know because I don’t smoke but I will say that it was the motivation behind me opening up my own business and selling product that is better than theirs at half the cost for twice as much. Be careful Fergus Falls this guy isn’t even from our community he just came here to make some money and he is robbing this community on the price is that he chargesCheck out GEM BOTANICSThey have every type of kratom you could imagine and are very well educated on this herb.Hopefully this review will bring it to the attention of the owners of this establishment that they are taking advantage of this community with their prices GEM Botanics is right here in Fergus just look them up on Facebook
