They have good snacks, drink selections, coffee, and more. But unfortunately they have decided to go to prepayment for gas, and if you choose to do it at the pump, it charges an authorization of $200-$250 on your card, and takes 3-5 business days to have the authorization taken off. So unless you have that amount in your account, you won’t be able to get gas, unless you go inside to pay a set amount beforehand. There’s an Arco near Fleet Farm and on the north East side of the city on Hwy 1 that still let you pump and then pay inside. Better to go there than Circle K.

Everyday its the same issues. 10 people waiting in line. 5 workers doing everything but helping customers. Only have 1 person at checkout counter but the manager and 3 other ladies are always talking and on their phones. The management should be fired. They do not care about customers and the managers attitude is unbelievable poor. If I was the owner I would fire half the staff and all the management for being lazy and not dealing with customers.

I love Holiday for their wide variety of coffees and other beverages. My favorite is a dark brew iced coffee with hazelnut syrup and vanilla creamer. Their hot food choices always please. They now even have calzones. If you need a quick stop for gas and treats Holiday is your all in one goto.

This is my go-to convenience store in town. I used to live nearby and they have great variety. good hot items, the best coffee, and super deals. Their loyalty programs are great, be sure you get their app too. And the staff brings in that 5th star by always being friendly and helpful.

I don't agree with someone judging people because they have had it harder and may not be able to get some were to get in the shower or even be able to get help! That doesn't change the store because they serve everyone like they should! And I'm glad they don't discriminate against people that don't have it as well as others especially with Covid and All. I think they are very good there. And yes night Guy might be creepy but he's nice.

Man this place has gone downhill. Being short staffed is understandable, but if you post signs stating "closing at 11pm and opening at 5am", maybe your opener should be there before 5:05am?? It takes time to open up the store and get the register ready, don't advertise open at 5am if your employees aren't going to show up before that time. Change your posted hours or get it together, please.

Hi! I'm currently at your Holiday Station store on Union Ave in Fergus Falls MN and your associate "Kayla" was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at your otherwise pleasant stations. The two waters i was trying to purchase were "2 for $5" & I pointed it out and she said she can't change it and when I walked back with her to show her she says loudly "well i'm still not going to change it" and took the rest of the waters in that column and threw them somewhere else completely random with no prices. She claimed she was a manager and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else (kept saying she does what her managers say and "store policy" and was too busy to help or change anything because she was helping other customers.) There were two gentlemen getting coffee and nobody else behind me. I have worked in customer service and this field before and pointed out that it was mis labeled and they typically have to change that it being their fault. She then claims "how rude" as I pay for the waters and leave. She should not be allowed to work with the public at all and instead learn how to properly stock and price inventory before she can be behind a register.

Excellent customer service, come and go aptitude, fresh food, basic convenience necessity items. Great place to get gas fill your tires and have a good hello goodbye conversation with an acquaintance! Smile. God loves you.

Oh man is everything in this community on death row or what, the attitudes toward customers, the laziness of employees, this is unexceptable. Empty coolers, non stocked shelves, no quick food items, and the floors looked like someone just wet mopped the floor with muddy water gross.

The overnight guy is creepymorning,afternoon, evening staff aren't bad though some of the employees can be a little unprofessional when it comes to their language and work ethicMust be a recent management change because the quality of customer service has gone down and appearance of the store used to be very clean and stocked but, now it's usually messy with both shelves and coolers not stocked
