We get almost all of our shoes here. Most of the time their deals are great. I've never had any issue with customer service, or any of the products I've purchased from there.As an added bonus, they've always got a good selection of firearms and accessories.Great all around sports store.

Best sports store in the area. They have lots of shoes and clothing for every sport. They also have swimming and camping supplies. Hard to find size 8 thru 9 women's shoes because they are usually out of stock in that size. Otherwise, I can always find what I need here

Last time I was here they ask for your phone number at check-out. I said NO, you will sell my number to telemarketers and I'll end up with all those spam calls to answer. The check-out guy then said I will have to pay 10% more if I don't give my phone number. Hell No I said. I left everything at the check-out and left the store never to return.

Came in the store and the younger African American employee didn't even acknowledge us, he also ignored us when we left. I only spend my hard-earned money at stores with good customer service. Not going back!

The only good thing about this place is the price. The customer service is intermittently atrocious. One day before Christmas I decided to walk in to the otherwise empty store and do some searching for hockey skates and snowboarding helmets for my two eldest daughters. Not withstanding my four year old in tow, I did peruse the store thoroughly. I made my way to the gun section where I was also pricing/planning some different ammunition for coyote hunting. Taking it all in, I walked by the kayaks while my youngest ducked into an ice shelter giggling "Daddy, let's buy this!" I followed with a "Cool!" and "Come on sweetie, let's go look at some skates!". This is when we heard "Security sweep, zone (insert number or color)." Knowing we were the only two in the store, it felt threatening. Soon my daughter and I were met with a loud, stern, "Can I help you sir!" We looked to find two large men, chests sticking out, blocking the aisle. I informed them that I was checking out their options on ice skates, though I was unable to locate any snowboarding helmets. At this point my daughter was probably as startled as I was as I stumbled to defend myself for looking at the skates in their store. Quickly, one of the individuals did confer with the other and get permission (seemingly to let us leave the isle) before power-walking (on the verge of sprinting) away from us and explaining, "They're over here." The individual was half-way across the store before we were out of the isle and around the large man still at the end. The runner never turned around to talk, instead talking rapidly and moving away so we could only hear him after I picked my daughter up and sprinted towards him. He then showed me two helmets that were on sale for more money than they were worth (an exception to the rule at Dunham's) and looked to be damaged. He remained with me all the way to the check out, where I paid for the hand warmers I still had in my hand. When I pulled out my debit card, he informed me that I would need a license and need to know my pin. Umm.... What!?! A lot of assumptions being made after giving them a lot of business in the past without problems. I went and spent four figures elsewhere. I complained to the corporate office only to get a message left from the guy who initially harassed us. He informed me I needed to call him. No thanks. I will give my business to someone else and you can go suck on a bratwurst.

HORRIBLE customer service! Went to buy shoes and there was no one around and after i searched to find someone they were rude a d acted like I was inconveniencing them. So we only found shoes for my husband. Well we have had them for 48 hours and my husband wore them inside only at work for only 2 hours and we went to exchange them because they were too big. We were pretty much called liars and they wouldn't exchange them. It's no wonder that store is always empty and they just lost 2 more customers, great job Fergus Falls Dunham's!

Cashier didn't look up from his phone or reply when I said hi walking in. When I returned to the register to buy what I wanted, he was still on his phone. Finished his text, sighed and didn't say anything to me. He scanned the shoes and mumbled what I think was the total. I decided they didn't need my business, and left without buying anything.Sad to see.

Really disappointed with explanation from manager @ Fergus Falls store as to why I payed a higher " low" price for this item. Very deceptive retail practice. Highly doubt I'll shop Dunham's again. And that's a sad statement to make.

I bought a Callaway x-hot driver on 7-11. It did not perform as expected when I used it. It was defective, when I attempted to return it on 7_-16 the manager refused saying it was used??? How else could you determine it was defective!! Last thing I will ever buy there!

My new favorite sporting goods store. Dont have one in wahpeton. So I'll go to fergus from now on. Lots of stuff good prices. Friendly helpful staff. Will help you with anything you need and go way beyond their "call of duty" very impressed will recommend for anything sport related. Ammo is a little sparce but there was some there.

Discovering Dunhams to be a high quality store dealing in merchandise at a very reasonable price. The store is a true gem in layout. As soon as you come in all locations are shown. Bought a treadmill during Black Friday and a pair of snow boots today. I'll be back!

If you need something they for outdoor hobbies they probably have it. They also have competitive prices. I don't really like the store layout but overall I still think it'snot5 star worthy. I recommend shopping here.

The pair of shoes I bought are black sketchers and the stitching is already coming apart an the white is starting to show. Idk if they are just made badly but the salesman was really helpful

A narrow plus size selection; I know under armour, adidas, champion and nike offer plenty of cute plus size options online. Dunham's stocks most women's items up to xl and theyre usually not that cute. They have a lot of plus size nike but not the really cute nike stuff. They do have some other plus size clothes but most are not that cute. Big women and girls would go there and start buying it up if it was offered there. Dunham's is missing out on some business in that way.
