Created a profile on their website, uploaded my pet's vaccine records as instructed....and never heard a word from Plush Pup Dog Grooming. If you are not taking new clients, it might be a good idea for future business to at the very least send out an email letting potential clients know that...instead of just ignoring them especially after I made the effort to provide what you had asked for. Very disappointing.

I cannot say enough about Tyler and Angela and their business Plush Pups. We went on vacation for a week and their name came recommended for us. I am so glad I called them! They cater to your needs. Two times a day to visit, or three? They'll do it. We have two English bulldogs, 2 cats and a chinchilla. Tyler and Angela came over for a "meet and greet" with our pets; I was very nervous about one of our dogs (very anxious/jumps/barks) but Tyler and Angela within minutes had them fairly calmed down and playful. We had no fears about leaving all 5 at home with Tyler and Angela coming 3 times per day to feed/check in with them all. The best part was getting photos from every visit so we knew they came and (most important) we knew they were in great hands. They even brought in our mail daily and kept in communication about our air conditioner not working properly, and if they had any questions. They vacuumed all the pet hair and cleaned the filter!! Scooped the litter box. Gave medications. Fed and watered. They took our pups to their place of business and gave them a "spa" treatment bath and nail clipping. They clipped our cats' claws. The list goes on! I know we will definitely be using them for ALL of our pets' needs in the future. I know we could have hired a high school kiddo looking for some extra cash, but would we have had all the tasks above done daily AND get pictures?! This place goes above and beyond and if I could give more than 5 starts, I would. Thank you Plush Pups for the excellent care and peace of mind you gave ALL of us!

These two did an awesome job housesitting/petsitting my "kids"(dogs and cats) while we were on vacation. Sent me pictures/updates every visit and texts with any questions or concerns they had. Even took the time to let me know one of my pups was favoring her left side and give a recommendation about a pet chiropractor that might be able to help. My point is that there was lots of communication and they really cared for my critters like they would their own! I highly recommend having them pet sit if you go on a vacay! Will definitely want to have them help us out again.

The best!!! They took the time to understand what we wanted, and it was clear their level of expertise. Before going to Plush Pups, my dog hated being groomed - and now he loves it! That shows you the level of care and passion they have. We have a Great Pyrenees (huge and lots of hair), and after trying Petco, it was clear we made the right choice with Plush Pups.We're also incredibly busy, and Plush Pups went above and beyond to handle all details including driving Sebastian to and from his grooming appointment! Incredible service, and I couldn't be happier with the end results.

Angela did such a nice job with my big silly boy's bath! The vibe at Plush Pups is so nice and calm, they were so sweet and considerate of his separation anxiety and paw sensitivity. My pup is definitely the cleanest, driest, and happiest he's been after any bath. Definitely worth the drive from Northfield!

Extremely clean and professional with a passion for dogs and their best interest. I had gone to different groomer before her and my 16 year old Yorkie was always so stressed on her arrival and several days after. Since going to Plush Pup, her anxiety is minimal and she enjoys seeing Julie and her staff.

I gave Plush Pups FIVE STARS, Because that is the highest they allow, but I think They are a Ten on this scale. I have only been using Julie and her staff for about 1 1/2 years, but had been using my previous groomer for over 10 years. My daughter recommended Julie, saying she is the best groomer she had used. I tried Plush Pups and now use them, my son also uses Plush Pups . I take my dogs to her and like all the other reviews my dogs love her. When I take my dogs to her they go right to thier kennel and get in ,they love it there. I have several dogs that range from small to large and she is great with all of them. Talking to my Vet and they know her and said she is very good. I highly recommend Plush Pups.

We have been taking our 2 mini-goldendoodle dogs to Julie since we got them almost 5 years ago and they love Julie and all her staff. My girl dog loves to jump up on her grooming table as soon as we get there! You can tell everyone who works at Plush Pup really loves dogs and I know the dogs can sense that too. They do a great job with my boy dogs mohawk and my girls pretty long eyelashes! I would highly recommend!

We have used Chris and Julie over the past two years to take care of our elderly cat when we travel. Our cat just loves them and we feel so much better when they are looking after him. They are very reliable and keep us informed. We are so grateful for their business.

I have been taking my dog Max, a Tibetan Terrier, to Julie at Plush Pup for over 11 years (after getting a recommendation from our vet). She is a true lover of all dogs and has a wonderful way with them. Max adores her and we all call her his second mom! Julie has gone above and beyond grooming duties where Max is concerned, helping me with his allergy issues, even to the extent of assisting with treatment whenever she can. Sadly, we will be moving 3 1/2 hours away from her this winter, but I am still going to try to get Max in to see her whenever possible. I only wish I could give Julie and Plush Pup more than five stars!!!!

Excellent service. Sincere dog lovers took care of my 13 year old dog and my bossy cat for a week. Highly recommend them. Personable and they go the extra mile. Their knowledge of dog behavior and grooming was also a plus. Will use every time I leave town.

Caring, professional work. Staff listens to your specific needs and acts accordingly. Julie keeps a record of your grooming specifics so each time you come she goes over them making sure everything was done as asked last time and if there are any changes or concerns for current grooming session. Prompt, courteous service. It is a pleasure taking my dog here. I can walk away feeling confident that Roscoe will receive the best care possible and looking handsome as ever with his little scarf or bow tie upon my return.🤗
