Very helpful and pleasant the two times I have visited. I will definitely visit more often.It is now a couple months since my first review and nothing has changed. Always someone there willing to help with anything, make suggestions, load your vehicle. Very good selection of feeds for every type of wild or domesticated animal.

This place was a lot of fun to browse. Pet to plants, indoor and out. Attached greenhouses as well. Lots of wandering dogs to provide great customer experience!!

Bad service. My grandma wanted to buy some flowers from them but since covid she couldn't go there in person so we had to do it over the phone. But the woman that was working demanded her to call. And she couldn't because she doesn't have long distance. She treated me very rudely and I strongly recommend not to go to Ely flower and seed despite the convenience. Horrible experience.

I really love shopping here! I can even bring my dog. They have a large greenhouse and lots of pet supplies too. One of my favorite places in Ely.
