But its ok I found one on line. I know you are entitled to days off which I called on a Saturday, but said call back when it's convenient for you.

Front office lady was so kind even helped me find a place to put my tires on at a more than reasonable price. Above and beyond customer service from the lady running the front. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. But thank you so much. My car runs great now. Best you pull in the state.

I am a DIY guy and like to pull my own parts at a savings. Great to go out in the yard to do some research if you're not sure how to do something. They also have a good inventory of parts on the shelf and can order in parts if you need them. Used tire buys too! Always fair prices.

Drove down here an hour outside of the cities to pick up a door for my car, it didn’t fit inside my car and they offered to ship it up for me at a very reasonable price! They take care of their vehicles in their pull it yard as well. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful! The drive was absolutely worth it!

This is a great place to get Auto parts. They are usually very busy because of this. We even purchased a used vehicle here that lasted us for many years!

Put yourself in a good position, Don't let them take it off your trailer without a check in your hand. They know their regulars and they have an eye for someone who just "needs to get rid" rather then having the opportunity to sell to them. Id have to agree with other reviews that they are not the definition of fast and friendly.

I have gotten parts from Misgens for many different vehicles over the past 40 years. Always with friendly knowledgeable service, good parts, and reasonable prices. The Misgen family built their business with honesty, and exceptional customer service.I haven't been treated better anywhere in southern Mn or northern Ia. Decent parts selection and good prices. The women behind the counter carry a very egotistical attitude every time I visit. One situation that stands out was when I was provided a print out of 5 Volkswagens in rows 9, 10, and 11. After walking out in the yard to find rows 9, 10, and 11 were labeled but completely missing, most likely because they were crushed. When returning to the counter to check out she kindly asked if I found what I was looking for. I said "no, they were not even there". She responded very rudely saying " will, they're out there, so clearly you didn't look very hard " I was with a friend whom has 20/20 vision-without glasses, and we both confirmed the rows, or the cars did not exist. I don't expect you to keep inventory as most yards don't, but I guess before making condescending remarks maybe check your actual inventory with the guys that work in your yard.

After speaking to one of the employees, they told me they had the part I was looking for in the U pull lot. I drove 15 miles paid a entry fee walked to row 22 and found the vehicle. I opened the hood only to find the part I was after was already gone. So be aware on the U pull lot they only know that they have the vehicle and don't keep track of the parts they sell off that vehicle.

Worked well with us. Called them to get rid of some fine classics that I was going to fix up one day, My sweetheart finally convinced me "THAT DAY " had passed; when the city once again tagged them for not being registered. Misgen came and picked them up for us. Brought a check for the amount we agreed upon over the phone . Now it looks like we live in a new house with the junk being gone. Thanks, to all the folks at Misgen.

misgen is by far the worst auto dealer i have ever worked with. they low balled me on the price of my mitsubishi. the women i had to talk to was rude and knew absolutely nothing about vehicles. she tried to tell me i didnt schedule an appointment. well i did, twice and no one ever showed up. they even told me they were on their way. the scrapyard is 9 miles from my house and i waited hours. HOURS and no one showed up. would not recommend this place to any one. they will rip you off if they even show up
