My corgi has had knee surgey on both of her back legs. We have done the Ozone Hydro Therapy for about a month and a half now and we feel it's helping with her mobility. She is still very young and has lots of energy so we are excited to see her playing around and more confident on her back legs after the therapy treatments. The salon is very clean and professional. Our groomer Kelly is very sweet and patient with our energetic and talkative corgis.

We have been bringing our dogs to Lisa for 20 years. I have been nothing but pleased with her services. She cares so much for all of the pets that come her way, she stays up on her grooming education and always conscientious of any product she uses. Recently she suggested a Whirlpool treatment for our older dog who has serious joint and arthritis issues. I was absolutely amazed that even after the first time, I could see a difference in him, he went 4 times and the difference from where he was a month ago and now are incredible. He can easily go up and down stairs, which he could not before, he can run without limping for days after and most important he can jump to his favorite sleeping place without help. Thank you Lisa for all you do and thank you for your honesty she or if you see a potential problem.

We took our puppy to her twice. After the first appointment, she made a comment which she repeated twice our puppy was horrible because he was marking spots often. We still took him second time as we did not take offense by her harsh comment. On our second appointment, 1hr after we left our dog, he had sudden diarrhea and started vomiting. Stool sample came back negative. Mind you, our puppy has been in the groomer so many times but never had the same issue. The morning we brought our puppy to her, our dog had formed stool. A day before that, he was seen by his vet for a pre-anesthesia work up for a scheduled neuter and blood sample and overall health were all excellent. Nothing was given differently to our dog food wise, not on meds whatsoever prior to his grooming appt. Also this lady was talking to me like I was a grade school student! Absolutely rude! Definitely not coming back!

Our dogs have been much more calm going to Lisa's than to Pet Smart. Lisa and her crew take the time to explain, and they are very knowledgeable about dogs. It's really nice to have that personal attention rather than a "just get them in and out" rush job. Wish I had transferred them to Lisa's sooner. Lisa has also fixed our dogs' skin problems, and has educated me on what to do to help keep their skin issues at bay. I recently attended her virtual pet skin seminar and found it to be very informative, I highly recommend Lisa's Fabulous Paws for their great customer service and caring attitude.

Lisa always does a phenomenal job with our Shepherd Malamute! Her deshed treatment does wonders! She also is always going above and beyond with our other dog who has terrible allergies. She’s even mixed up some essential oils for us to use once we went home.

I have a very anxious rescue- he is very scared in most buildings that aren't "home" because of all the time he spent in shelters. Even walking in the door, my dog started crying and barking (very loudly). I felt horrible and embarrassed, but Lisa and her staff were so calm and understanding. They worked on forming a positive connection and are so compassionate and patient with him. Highly recommend and will not go anywhere else.

Took my shitzu poodle in for the first time asking for a SHORT trim. Took about 2 hours and returned to get him and he was not trimmed short but maybe medium. Asked about it and was told that was their short trim. They wanted me to return in 4 weeks for another grooming. I have had my dog for 9 years and when it came time for a grooming and was done right I would not have to return for 3 months. Very rude and expensive. The thing that gets me is a sign in the store stating that it you returned prior to them calling you they would stop and the grooming would be done at that point. If you don't like your business or job change it. Will NEVER RETURN.

I've been getting my dog Ralph groomed by Lisa for about 4 years now and recommend her to everyone I know! She does a great job with grooming, and has routinely impressed us with the care she puts into her work. If you want a veteran groomer who will pamper your pet, go see Lisa!

We needed a new groomer for our 8 year old doodle after our previous groomer abruptly closed. Lisa got us in right away and it was probably the best cut our doodle has ever had! He seemed to really like Lisa when we picked him up as well.

I use to work with Lisa.... She's always been a compassionate caring and very skilled groomer!!! Heck shes even taught me a few tricks of the trade, that I still utilize in grooming pets to this day!!! And now I've been grooming pets for 18 yrs!!! I would highly recommend her and using her services....

I am not sure how this groomer got 5 stars. She advertised the puppy price for puppies under 4 months and when I got there, she said that my 20 pound puppy qualified as a small dog and the price would actually be $60!!She then told me I never brushed my dog because he had a knot in his butt by his tail. (I do brush my dog about every other day)When I came to pick my puppy up, she told me that I did not kennel train my dog because he was barking in a kennel for 2 hours and he may have bloody stools from barking so much. WHY WAS MY PUPPY IN A KENNEL FOR 2 HOURS? But I told her yes, I do kennel train my dog but that he is still a puppy and was probably scared being away from home and then being locked in a kennel in a place he wasn’t familiar with for that long.I will not be going back. Please do not give this person your business. I can not believe how unkind she was to me and my puppy.

Lisa always takes her time with Nash, and doesn't let a hair on him get cut incorrectly. She is a perfectionist and it shows. With her passion for animals and attention to detail, it's a no-brainer when choosing a place for our pets.

Very disappointed in the quality of cut. Very choppy and probably one of the worst cuts by dog has received. She was there for almost 4 hours and for almost $80 I would have expected a much better grooming job. Will not be returning nor recommending this groomer.

Worst haircut ever had for my dog. My dog was limping when we left there so not sure what happened. Plus they said my dog misbehaved which is unusual and hard to belive because she has always been so good before and loves everyone.(goldendoodle)Do not recommend and will never go back.

The owner clearly cares about, and is knowledgeable about dogs. She mentioned that my dog likely had a food allergy based on the amountnos shedding and quality of poop that he had. She recommended different choices of food that would be better for him.
