I agree with others that you may pay a little more here than at some places in St. Cloud or online, but it is worth every penny. The expertise and great service I receive every time I go in this store has given me that appreciation for the local hardware store that you sometimes see portrayed in television and movies. I have made many small purchases and even a few big ones at this store and I haven't regretted a single one yet.

They either have exactly what I am looking for or can get it in for me. Their pricing is fair and their customer service is by far the best in the business! It isn't very often that I am in there for more than 30 seconds before someone is asking what I am looking for and pointing me in the right direction.

I give it a 0 for phone customer service. Asked if they carried a product and she said no, she didn't even know what I was talking about. Then after saying "no" she hung up right away before I could ask them to order it for me.

Locally owned hardware store with a very friendly staff. They have just about all you need for home repairs and upkeep. They can order just about anything else that they don't have in there store

A little more spendy but the customer service I've experienced here is worth the extra money. Very helpful staff that are willing to answer questions and give advice if needed.
