The customer service here was 10/10. My first time here I grabbed “the wrong” product, but they were very understanding and accommodating. Not only did they contact me promptly to let me know what location to go to for what I was looking for, but once I arrived they fixed my issue immediately and gave me a complimentary gift just for my troubles! Even though I felt I troubled them more than they did me haha… Amazing service! Plus great products (for everyone) I highly suggest checking them out whenever you have a chance!

I stop in the Carver location weekly and the guys there are awesome! I had purchased a battery that the charging port broke out of , I had talked to Jeremy about it and they were happy to replace it! (New Review)Revisited a few times and it’s customer service has improvements! Cute shop but location is kind of annoying, also hate the stairs and days you can’t find parking. Lots of products to choose from (OLD review)Unfortunately this place started strong with great customer service but it has gone really down hill with the one guy working there! His very unfriendly, gives zero help! And all around makes me not ever want to step foot in your stores again! Customer service is super important here! It’s really frustrating to go to a shop and get very little help or feedback on products! Even asking this guy a question seems like it’s such a hassle for him! It’s too bad because I was super happy with the store when it open and their employees were super friendly but now the one guy that’s there is by far the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met at a shop! And with the new laws coming in you better have good customer service if you want to stay on top! More and more shops will pop up and if you have a shop who doesn’t help their customers or treats them good then I’m sorry to say you guys will not make it with the competition! I’ve already found plenty of other shops that are nice! Also your stock is always bad and your way over priced. Good luck!

Been there many times for some reason today they wanted to ID me and scan my ID when I've had a Rewards program with them for over a year since they've been open kind of makes me wonder what they've got going on why they need to scan it why they couldn't just look at it

Stopped here couple times and picked up 2 screw on carts. Both have been really good with no clogging happening also no leaking. The price is misleading I didn’t thinks that a cart that was half the price of other dispensaries would be any good. The flavor was good and so was the potency. Definitely will be stopping here again.

Buddy referred me to Strains. He bought some strong gummies there. My woman would buy gummies too, while I got the herb.Last time I was there a few weeks ago. I asked the guy working for a Sativa. He recommended I believe it was cereal milk. So I got a joint. He said it was their last one. It wasn't sealed like the last time. Anyways my woman and I smoked it in 3 different sessions. first 2 were fine. The last one though we both got very very cold, had shakes and couldn't get warm enough. This lasted for a few hours while we were in bed. I'm not sure what was in there or if it was Strains fault. But there was something definitely wrong w that joint. It was from Royal Queen seeds. I won't be going back, which is sad, I did like the vibe of that place. I haven't smoked since.

This place is fantastic. The cashier was busy helping someone else but one of the customers took time from his day to help answer some of my questions. Coming in here felt like walking into Cheers. Everyone was ridiculously friendly. Will be my go to spot from here on.
