Always worth the drive from the cities to pick up a fresh free range turkey and gems from the market before Thanksgiving. Wonderful staff, amazing prices, love the new bulk section. Getting some chocolate covered peanuts, truffles, beef sticks, cheese curds, and fancy sodas for the drive home is a great tradition I encourage everyone to adopt.

Very nice. We got our turkey here. It was free range, fresh, not frozen, and reasonably priced. The employees were friendly, polite, and helpful. They also had a variety of other local products for sale. I'll be back.

Love to support this local company. Always friendly and always fresh.Picked up our turkey, gravy and pie for Thanksgiving. They had quite the arrangement to get us through quickly, organized and safely the week of Thanksgiving. Turkey as fantastic as ever - along with the pie that was a bit tart. But the gravy was strange and nobody liked it.

This was our second fresh turkey from Ferndale, and again we were no disappointed. Juicy and plump. The market is also great with local grocery items. Would highly recommend! Thank you Ferndale for the great center piece to our Thanksgiving dinner!

What a great market, we went to"turkeyfest".Live music, great samples, friendly vendors and service...we eillbebackfor sure. It was very busy but everyone maintained their smiles and friendliness.Wonder new find for us.

This is my favorite place to shop for quality locally produced food in the Twin Cities area. Ferndale Market offers humanely raised incredibly delicious turkey products plus a wide range of intetesting local foods. Theirwhole smoked turkey breast is my favorite thing to eat, and I have been a professional chef for many years. Be sure to check this large food emporium out.

Really good quality turkey and they carry quality products. If you need something ask them if they can order it in for you. I was able to get some bulk whole wheat and oatmeal, organic. And they offered me a good deal.

What a sweet little spot! We visited to pick up a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving dinner and were instantly charmed by the place. The turkey was honestly beyond compare. Our family definitely has a new tradition! Can't wait to go back to browse all of the local offerings in the store!

Great place! I get turkey breast, wings, and necks there and was thrilled to find chicken backs and necks which are great for making stock. Cute store, lots of fun things like seasonings, sauces, soup mixes! Best place for fresh turkey for Thanksgiving! All organic, too.

Ferndale Market is a gem and possibly a well kept secret! I had a wonderful visit. I started looking for local honey since my farmer's market supply was out, and I discovered even more. I was surprised to find their focus is free-range turkey raised there. I'm enjoying the unique products and the chance to support local growers who provide what's difficult to find otherwise. The store is inviting, and the help very friendly and glad to answer any questions. I'll be back!

I love this place! Best turkey EVER. Typically, shopping in the store is a fun experience of discovering local food treasures. The family and staff are super friendly and very helpful. Turkeyfest is not to be missed.With Covid, they're offering curbside delivery of orders. It's a smooth and quick process. Check online for the delights they offer. Everything is wonderful.

Bought a 13# young turkey from Ferndale Market and made it on Saturday April 16 for our Resurrection weekend family reunion dinner.That was the best turkey EVER, and at good price too. Ferndale market is fantastic. Their support of local businesses is a great mission and the products they carry are excellent, especially the turkey! We get one every year for Thanksgiving. Turkey! Came to get a smoked turkey, left with much more. Great turkey snack sticks, turkey hot dogs and turkey Rachel sausages. Other local fare, honey, fresh breads and more. Newly remodeled, and friendly staff! All around delicious products. Worth the drive.

Local groceries at a reasonable price! We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey here (as we do every year!) and grabbed some bagels, cream cheese, colby jack goat cheese, spices, cookies, popcorn ears (if you have tried, it's a must for the kiddos) and Harmony Valley Farm's stew veggies!
