This is the second time I've went thru the drive thru ordered a bacon cheese burger meal and both times they got the order wrong. First time I ordered onion rings instead of fries with the meal, I got fries instead plus no bacon on the burger. Today I said I wanted mayo mustard and ketchup in the burger, got back to work and there was no lettuce tomato or onion in it, I didn't order it plain. So I called the store, manager was rude and after telling her what the order was suppose to be. She's like what are we suppose to do. Umm how about I'm sorry ma'am we misunderstood you. Can we make it right, but no she was so snotty about it. I won't be going back.

Good fries, asked for no tomato, again, I had tomato on my sandwich. Step it up DQ, listen to your customers. If you want a good experience at dairy queen, go a couple extra miles and visit Dawson Dairy Queen... they know what they are doing and treat customers with respect. I would rather eat pizza from a gas station, then go back to canby dairy queen. It's sad considering the options people have to pick from in the community.

The Dairy Queen has good food but their service there is spotty. Some of the staff act like you should be serving them instead of them serving you they make you feel guilty for being there giving them money

None of the workers wearing gloves or masks, when I asked if they would please due to the pandemic and me having a compromised immune system, they all stared and me dumbfounded and still did not take any precautions! This is terrifying!

It is very sad that no one can special order a cake for the weekends, because I have been told that person doesn't work week ends. My suggestion is, maybe more than one person should be able to decorate a cake.

Stopped at 1:00p.m. says it's open even on sign on the window. No one took our order, no one answered phone call. So are you open? If not you should really change hours. Awful.
