Came in to buy a new pair of boots. Usually go to st croix but I was in the area. Store was a mess and cashier was very seemingly bothered to have to do her job. Won't be coming here again, much better experience at st croix

No customer service from lady in the Back, was proud of how she turned away customers!,had tanks filled there plenty of times but she is the only one to ever have a problem!, manager needs to address this!

On the plus side, has the feel of an "old time" feed/general store (if you like that sort of thing) few times I've been in there staff is helpful and knowledgeable (depending on age of staff member and products and questions, negatives, again see previous mentioned comments in parentheses, priced slightly higher than other options locally, again depending on what you're looking for they may be your only local option. Also would like to have seen more product/brand selection.All in all, pretty good for a small town local community hardware+ store.

Great store. Has a family owned feel. And there prices are very competitive. There's been a handful of items I've found there for cheaper than anywhere else. Very helpful and friendly staff

Friendly staff always willing to help you find what you're looking for.I'm only giving four stars because when an item is out of stock, they don't really have an idea of when it might be back in stock. They also aren't a larger store so they might not carry as much as other stores but to be fair, there's a fleet farm just down the road. That is a hard chain to compete with.

What a great staff! I brought my corgi in to grab a couple chicken supplies. She can't walk very far without her wheels, so she needed to hang out in my cart. They have her all the pets and a treat before we left. She wants to go back there again! 😉

I have never been to a more friendly store. They allowed me to bring in my dog. I had bought a display thing and the nice man delivered it to us on his own time because it wouldn't fit in my vehicle. That is what I call above and beyond great customer service!!!

What of give it a 4 and a 1/2 star rating Cause Iusually like the place even tho lil expensive but within 10 minutes from closing time didn't wanna refill a propain tank because registers were going to shut down and she basically didnt want to She very well could have had me pay for it 1st before the register shutdown but she refused to.

6 people working on store waited ten minutes for someone to work till talked to employee and asked said Don was working at till someone stocking shelves that could see me wait the whole time put my items back and walked out never going to this store again watched manager walk out during this time also and did nothing

Very nice environment. Prices are a little high, but that’s what it costs to be in a small town. Otherwise very nice place.
