I brought my Husky x Poodle to Jen for the first time. I was nervous for her because he HATES baths, and is a big chicken. Plus he's full of energy....He was matted, stinky, had dreads and was in much need of full grooming. And had never been to a groomer. Jen was AMAZING!!! She was kind, patient, understanding, non judgmental, and she did a great job! He is soft, smells good, and she even wants him to come back!!! LOL!

Whenever we are on our way to the shop, my dog can sense it and just gets giddy within a couple blocks. She always has great service and easy to get scheduled. My dog over the top excited reaction EVERY time I drop her off is why I keep going back. Plus, she does a good job grooming.

Jen did a wonderful job cleaning Izzy, she was even covered in some nail polish from the kids when she went in. They definitely know what their doing. Izzy is the softest she's ever been. Thanks Jen!

This review is over 5 years late, Jen is the best, she’s not just a great groomer, but she understands loyalty to her clients, and a wonderful person, we have moved 40 minutes away from Jen, and still continue to take the drive because our dog gets treated so well, and she’s (Jen) had become a part of our team, of people we feel are necessities for the lifestyle we chose.

This was my first time trying a new place after terrible experiences at another. Jen did amazing with my dog and did exactly what I asked for. She is usually pretty booked up but the wait was worth it. My dog looks great and I’m so happy I brought her there! Definitely will be coming back!

Found this place to have my dogs nails done. The woman we saw was amazing and cheap for nail cuts $10. 00 for my dog, who has never been to a groomer, she did very well with it being her 1st time and the woman was great with my dog. I will be going back..

We love Jen and her services!! We have a Short haired Dachshund who's not the nicest of dogs, and Jen has never had problems with grooming her! She always comes back with perfectly clipped nails and a wagging tail!

Jen ALWAYS does an amazing job! We have a very hairy malamute mix and she always comes out looking absolutely beautiful. We took our German shepherd there as well and he has never been softer or shinier. HIGHLY recommend!

I always have a great experience there. I stopped in recently to get my Service Dog's nails trimmed with a dremmel. While the dog had experience with the dremmel, she was fearful and trembling. The lady was fast, patient and efficient. I've been to this place before, I would definitely go back.

I took my dog to a groomer for the first time 7 years ago.. it was a horrible/terrifying experience for us both. My gram told me about Jen, so I gave it a shot! Best decision I ever made in regards to a groomer. I think Jen & Gizmo have their moments LOL. However, I NEVER worry about him when he is there! He looks sooo handsome when she has done her magic 😊

My 1 yr old Australian cattle dog (cowboy) had his first cleaning and grooming. He has always been a little apprehensive around new people and things he doesn't know. I had my concerns being that he can be a little barky. I was called about an hour maybe and hour and a half after I dropped him off. He was happier than ever and smells sooo good. (still does a week later). From what I was told it went well. She was able to get most of the steps done (except he scary blow dryer). Scheduled more time as it was his first time at a groomer. Very professional, clearly cares about the dogs, and makes the whole experience more comfortable for both the owner and the dog. Cowboy thanks you!!

I have taken my dogs for nail clipping to 4 different places in Cambridge/Isanti Just for nail clipping. This one was by far the best.Did a superb job with my Drama Queen terrier mix. It was the least she’s squealed ever for nails. Highly recommend.

Nova's first time at the groomers ever! She's so fluffy and soft! Jen (the groomer) said she was skittish, witch I expected, but all in all was very good to work with. Makes me so relieved Nova was a good girl for her. The work Jen put into makeing sure Nova was comfortable is absolutely outstanding! From now on Nova is going to get a monthly trip to the groomers I'm 10,000% satisfied with the results, kindness, and care Jen puts into macking sure the animals get nice and clean in a safe and comfortable environment. 10/10.

My dog virgil has never been groomed before, but his fur was out of control!!!I was nervous at first due to never bringing him to the groomer and virgils past behaviors towards strangers and other dogs. However i was enlightened that the groomer actually cared and knows what she is doing with dogs! Especually ones with high anxiety and a traumatic background.She took time with my baby and really made the effort to bond with him. She listened to my dogs behaviors and allowed him time to get comfortable.I expected virgil to be much more anxious and fearful when i went to see how he was doing, but he actually was excited(was still in the middle of getting groomed)I am extremely impressed and greatful for the amazing service and care put towards my dog.5/5Will be back 100%

She shaved half the skin off the underside of my dogs tail and left her with a large open bloody wound that did not heal for days!! Worse of all she did not tell me!! I seen it when I got my poor little fur baby in the car!!!
