I had a working interview there and they made me feel very uncomfortable. Very rude and not a team I would want to work with. I was applying for an assistant/tech and they didn’t offer to let me show any skills. Also there is only one certified vet tech there. The rest are assistants. They had me cleaning and pulling files the whole time. If you want to work with friendly people who work as a team. This is not the place. I felt so uncomfortable I left early.

Both of our cats have caught a stomach virus in the last week and a half and the Byron Pet Clinic has gotten them both in same day that we called when we needed help. They're very professional, it's obvious that they want the best for the animals that walk through their door, and they have been amazing in helping ushave some peace of mind when out kitties have been sick. I'm so thankful for them.

I love Byron Pet Clinic. They provide comprehensive services, my dog is always happy to see them, and they answer all questions- never in a hurry. I've been taking my pet there regularly for almost 14 years. They know me, know my pet, and always show genuine caring for my pet. A place where they know you by name! As a bonus- they are cheaper than vets in the surrounding areas. Take your pets to them...you won't be disappointed.

One of the most compassionate places to find when you have a pet who needs help. Options are given, reality is addressed, and tries not to run up the vet bill like some do. I drive 45 minutes because I trust them that we will get ethical and fairly priced care.

We had a situation with our little puppy come up at the last minute on at Saturday (an hour before they closed). When I called they agreed we needed treatment and they were more than willing to help us out. I can’t tell you how thankful I was that they were there for me! Great staff. Very kind. Very understanding! Thanks so much for your help!Just had to call the vet about my dog catching a mouse and not knowing what to do. The staff here is amazing. They will take the time to answer your questions. Be understanding in your anxiety. Tell you what is going on in the situation and then what needs to be done or give you the options you need to proceed forward with that you can look at for your dog (or pet). Amazing service!1-4-24 I have to edit my review. This is the most amazing Vet Clinic ever and I wish everyone could have a place like this to call their vet for their precious animal. Our vet recently changed their hours of operation, like so many other businesses, and have closed Wednesdays. However I was not aware of this change until I decided to call and got the answering machine. They gave an emergency number but I didn't have an emergency. I realized I needed to order more medicine for my dog, but of course at the last minute..... but my procrastination is not their emergency. My dog gets horribly car sick and I initially thought I did not have enough medicine for our trip, but when i looked closer, thankfully, I realized i had just enough for this trip. Now I know I need to order extra meds to keep on hand for our next trip, so I don't have to call in a panic. i Left a message on the machine and asked them to have the meds for me when we return from the trip. I even asked them to remind me to pick them up so i dont forget when we get back because life gets crazy and i dont want to forget. I then received a call from on of the vet technician an hour or so later and they wanted to double check to make sure I had the meds i needed for the trip. They said if not they would arrange to meet me at the clinic sometime today to get my dog her meds because they understand how this is something we need for travel. They explained to me they usually try to check the messages throughout the day when they are closed. But this technician does not only check the messages, she also goes the extra mile and followed up with a phone call. This the best customer service I could ever want for my dog. I love them at this clinic! Thank you so much for your excellent service. You all always go above and beyond.

We have brought our pets here for almost 20 years. Great staff, very kind and caring. We recently lost one of our dogs. BPC stayed late to give our daughter time to get home to see her one last time. They were so compassionate when it came time to say goodbye. Thank you!

These people are absolutely incredible. They were extremely busy and still fit BOTH of my animals in, unexpectedly, within a few days of each other. They were kind and compassionate. They took time to explain not only what was happening, but what to expect next. We are in a very unfortunate situation with our two pets and these women have been unbelievably kind and supportive. Kindness and compassion is first and foremost at this vet clinic. I had only been here one time before and that was to put my cat to sleep. At that time they fit me in to a busy schedule, and gave me the time I needed before and after. In addition, I felt as if they were putting their own pet to sleep. This time it was for a vaccine and wellness visit for my other cat as I will be adopting a kitten. I would highly recommend this pet clinic for your pet.

Took my son's Shepherd in for an ear problem. All our dogs and cats go to Byron Pet Clinic. All the vets and staff are fantastic! The clinic is even a cheaper than the Rochester clinics with just a short drive of an additional few minutes. The ear problem was solved with drops and the scratching stopped in two days.
