Love H&H and will always go there! We now live 45 min away (Benson is my hometown) and I will still travel to H&H for all of my animals! Great service and even better staff to take care of your beloved pet! Dr. Jacque drove all the way from by Morris to my house (over an hour away) to help us bring our old Kane over the rainbow bridge in peace. Just goes to show they will go any length to take care of an animal. In memory of Kane our 11.5 year old lab

My dog ate rat poison while we were home for the holidays. We called them and they told us to bring her in ASAP. They were ready for us when we arrived and had done the research of active ingredients of the poison. The staff welcomed us like we were family and they were there for us the whole way thru. Very proud to have a great vet clinic close by to the farm.

H&H understands that our pets are not just pets but an extension of our family and treat them as such, They are always welcoming regardless of the situation they're willing to help and with such care and concern not just for our wallet but the emotional aspect it takes on us and our fur babies. I will eternally be grateful for the kindness and care they showed when I had to put my service dog and best friend of 11 years down. Bruno was memorialized through the care they gave him.

Excellent service and the price is right!One of the vets even made a house call for us (on a weekend!!) when our senior citizen pup was very ill with Alzheimer's and it was time. He was able to pass at home in the arms of everyone who loves him without the stress of one last trip to the vet. I'll be forever grateful for this!Other vets in the area charge two to three times as much for the same services.Staff are helpful and friendly and are always a pleasure to work with!The more affordable care at this vet is a big part of why I can afford to have three large dogs! Called for prices on a spay and neuter, $367 for female German Shepherd. $170 for a male. YIKES! Since when have animal procedures spiked so insanely high? Staff was polite and helpful on the phone regardless.

Extremely caring team of vets and techs! I’m extremely happy with the heartfelt care they gave my sassy (olde English sheepdog) she delivered yesterday and had 3 stillborn, 2 not breathing, (brought one back) and one girl! My other vet had put her on a med that contained steroids so she has started going into early labor 2 weeks ago. Brought her to h&h and they fit her right in, made the decision to wait for c-section. Pups would have been way too early 2 weeks ago! Thank you for all you do!

I brought my cat here for a knee surgery based on their great reviews. I'm from Minneapolis, but have family in the area. I figured a smaller town would be more reasonably priced. I was right! The pricing and the surgery went well. The staff seemed compassionate when I dropped him off, and I was feeling good about my choice to have the surgery here.I'm knocking off one star for the after care; they basically didn't tell me anything.I had to call the vet in the afternoon to ask about my cat and they didn't tell me when to pick him up, so I had to ask. When I picked him up, the person was helpful in getting my cat right away, but I had to ask about the aftercare and how long to restrict his movements. She had to go get the vet's notes to tell me.The next day I realized I had a lot of questions that they never mentioned. He had stitches, so when do they come out? Do I need to go in and have them removed or do they dissolve on their own? They didn't give me a cone, but does he need one since he's been lickoli the area? Etc. I had to call them to get all this information which should've been shared when I picked him up. Yes he needs another appointment to remove the stitches, yes he needs a cone. So why wasn't this mentioned before? I shouldn't have to call after the fact to get that information.I will say that the Vet is very wonderful. When I had concerns about the healing process, she called me personally and we talked about it, and I even talked with her some outside of business hours. She problem solved with me, made me feel like my concerns were heard, and that they actually cared about my cat. Overall I would definitely recommend H&H, but maybe come with a list of questions so you get all the information you need to front.

This was my first time bringing a pet in. I have two kittens. The appointment was easy to make and when we got there the wait was very short. The kittens came out just fine (meaning they didn't seem distressed from their care). I wasn't pressured into any services I didn't want and they answered my questions. For those who are concerned about the whole Covid thing... Unlike a people clinic, you can't even go in to this clinic. They have safety precautions right from the get-go. You wait in your car and call them when you get there. They come out wearing their mask and bring your pet in. They then bring your pet out when finished and take your payment at your car. They have made it very convenient during this time.
