The staff are friendly. Shoe selection was not good, prices are high, and if you don't give them a phone number, they won't accept returns or exchanges even if you have the receipt. Which is frankly ridiculous. Walmart is half the price in just around the corner.

My honey is very picky when it comes to his shoe wear! Here he found five pairs he really liked and so did I.The best part was they were all on sale name brands at very affordable prices! The store was very clean and the staff were very helpful and sweet! I highly recommend this place! We don't see that in Texas often . Minnesota has been so good and welcoming to us!

I just recently moved to Albert lea and didn’t know that there was a shoe store until recently. I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise this store was clean and just like any other shoe store I’ve been to in Rochester. BUT this store had several pairs of shoes throughout the store that were on sale for under $10 and they were nice shoes too. I was shocked because I’m not used to seeing this type of deal. This store gets an A+ from me! :)
