But the hardware store 5 star. All the way they have some really good Christmas gifts or gift ideas for a good Price

EXCELLENT customer service.EXCELLENT understanding of what's in store (and even about things they don't carry and where to find them in a pinch).If someone doesn't know, THEY ASK each other. They're a very professional and kind team of people. The owner is also super friendly. Highly recommend for any local needs, stopping here first. They won't disappoint. Ever. 👍

This Ace Hardware, in Albert Lea MN, is the place to go when you want Excellent Customer Service! They are friendly, helpful and very Competent. Those qualities are hard to find these days. I and my husband Al love this place!We like to support our locals, however, love to do so what a local business is so incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to shop at. Tons of variety here.Absolutely excellent friendly service from employees and the owner himself always goes above and beyond to help.We will be going here for all things needed vs the big box stores for items they have or can get us.Thank you guys for keeping customer satisfaction a priority and having such friendly and helpful service.This type of customer service and personal attention is not as common as it once was years ago.

I went to buy a self propelled lawnmower and I walked in the store and the guy that helped me was very courteous and took the mower to make sure it would run. I went to the cashier and paid for it. By the time I got back out to my vehicle the gentleman was coming to load my mower. He tied it down and everything. Very enjoyable experience!
