One of my prescriptions was missing exactly 100 tablets, unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. I called the pharmacy twice with which they said it wasn't their fault. I talked to the pharmacy mgr., he said he looked at the security tapes and found nothing wrong. Hmm...I wonder if they looked at just the filling of the prescription and no further. They should look at all the days that prescription sat on the shelf. Do they have a pharmacist who works when the store is closed? I've taken this prescription for 20 years and only had problems at Hy-Vee. Has anyone else had problems with missing tablets. I have call Hy-Vee Corp in Iowa, and their will be other places I can complain a get some type of action to happen. Those 200 tablets that are is in someone else's pocket not mine.

The pharmacist was very rude and embarrassed me 100%. His initials are BS. I needed to pick up pills for my fiancee and myself. No extra masks in car and nobody handing them out at hyvee either. He never did do the consultation and was so concerned about wiping things down. So much for hipaa laws. I'm going elsewhere and considering legal action.

1st off I had my daughter pick up an antibiotic for an after surgery infection, she went to get it and the pharmacy tech or whatever she was said there were 2, daughter text asked if I had 2 I said no just one, finally after a half hour the other pharytech came to look, their were only 1 the other was nothing near of an antibiotic, apparently this gal should be nowhere near a pharmacy...EVER! I use to get a text when my Rxs were ready that just stopped out of the blue, you ask them to call you when a new Rx is called in they say..we absolutely will call you, give them your phone # every dam time and no call. Not satisfied one bit with any of them, you wait forever for a new Rx and still have to come back the next day. I'm thinking of pulling my prescription from hyvee and going somewhere else. We have a pharmacy in our home town but Dr. In Albert lea. Pathetic is one word I use ,time to refresh them in friendlyness and keeping promises, if you promise to call then do it! Shame on all of you!!

Every time I go there is a huge line, people waiting for prescriptions that should have been filled, upset customers, etc. I once gave them an hour call head to get my refill and they still hadn't filled it once I got there and even told me they might not have my medication in stock, something they could have checked on when I called. The customer in front of me was actually called that her RX was filled, came to pick it up and it actually was never done and they told her to wait a half hour. They are never apologetic or kind. I switched to Curt's and they have amazing service and I never have to wait.
