Came by today to grab some stuff for a project and while I was checking out I noticed a member of management in a blue button up being a little too friendly with a clearly uncomfortable cashier. I think he should have better things to do than be flirting with unwilling participants in front of customers

Thomas from Tennessee is the best to our canines! They were so excited to see him that my Bella, who used to be timid around others, barked at him and went running up to him(with me attached)! We are thankful for all the great staff who help make this pet friendly store an even more excellent experience for our enthusiastic 4 legged daughters! If you haven't been to Bomgaars in a while, I suggest you check it out. The store has added some great product lines. Good quality clothing and shoes not found at other stores in town. Store is more full of inventory now that it has in the past. Keep up the great work!

On January 6, 2024 my boyfriend and myself were in line at the check out when we witnessed what appeared to be a supervisor verbally assault two front end employees loudly in front of several other customers. We feel that was very unprofessional and, uncalled for. I would hope in the future that you would instruct and train your management associates to take aside your employees and instruct them one on VS loudly in front of customers.

Went into the store that we love and appreciate doing business with...my guy sent me in to get an FR shirt for him and it didn't have tags so the cashier had me run and grab another shirt while smirking and not being helpful...her name is Catherine I believe ...no personality...there were other things she did like act like she didn't know what I was talking about ...acted like she didn't know me or my guy or anything about the transaction...I even told her right away to ask the managers and she still questioned me ...someone like her should not work cashier ...I already hate shopping but since we deal with this company all the time I didn't mind doing this favor for my guy ...not a good experience with her ...BUT we love the managers and other workers ..so friendly and helpful ...we will continue shopping there until we leave town...ill avoid Catherine...

Bomgaars has been a great addition to our town. Especially on this side of town. They offer just about everything. I've purchased clothing for myself and my family, toys for my nephew, outdoor furniture, flowers, plants, items for my animals and more. We use this store more than I realize. So thankful for a great store with great items just down the road.

Just like walking into an old general store. Had a little of everything, asked a worker where something was he showed me answered questions and help me fine two other things too. Great place to buy your needs, and service was like it's supposed to be. I love this place

Great store to find pretty much anything you're looking for. I continue to shop at BOMGAARS in ALBERT LEA because I have always been treated with nothing but the greatest respect. For any VETERAN that shops there, they offer a discount on your entire purchase. Please give them the respect of showing your VETERAN'S ID CARD.

Very friendly staff, always willing to answer questions no matter how bizarre. We get our chickens and ducks from them every year, amazing results. Fair prices and great mark downs when you find them! Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself nearby and have a moment.

I had never been there before, but they have a lot of great stuff for reasonable prices! I had trouble finding what I needed and an employee escorted me to the right place and even grabbed it for me. My only complaint is that a few employees don't have their masks covering their noses, so they're only half on.

First time at this store. A lot of floor space, easy to get around. Well organized. Staff very helpful. Farm supply section well stocked. Plenty of parking.

Have most of the common things, but somewhat lacking in the little odd's and ends, still have to make a trip to fleet farm in owatonna if we need something not ordinary. But good staff, and they are helpful if you need help. Can't complain too much aside from some lack of inventory which is what it is. I go here quite a bit for things.

This place is crowded and im not talking with people, with things. things that belong on shelves but are piled on top of other things in random piles and bins. staff members act like your bothering them if you ask for help good luck getting through aisle as there crowded as well hope u dont need a large item because it wont make it through an aisle. Sad i had to change my rating and no prices on items!!!

Only shopped here a few times I was quickly reminded of l don't shop here often . I have to say I hate asking, looking for prices .we were helped with help on info for a large tank did not expect them to be the exact one we wanted that part you get 4+🌟 but I got discussed with walking around all over and still you have not learned to price your stuff .maybe next time we are looking for lrg building we will try you again

Keep your receipts! They sold me a wrong product that could have injured me or cost me my life and I went back for the right one and they told me I needed a receipt, who keeps receipts now days I shop there for all my needs didn't expect them to treat me the way they did I'm pretty sure they know exactly who I am as much as I shop there, be aware of the defective products they sell!

Tried to exchange a pair of jeans for a larger size. ..I didn't have a receipt, as it was a gift, and they wouldn't allow an even exchange...stupid...I wasn't trying to get money, I wanted one size bigger in the pants, and they wanted me to pay 5 more dollars for the same pants...how stupid...wont ever ever shop there again...they gave me 7.91 back .and I left the store empty handed. ..screw you and your dumb exchange policies

Went in to purchase a new lawnmower, asked for assistance, the employee said that she would send someone over. We waited for 15 minutes and no one showed. We left, went to Walmart and purchased 2 lawn mowers. Poor customer service!

Bought paint. Shaker had been moved off the floor. No paint sticks to offer. They stopped having them when they stopped shaking the paint. Hmmmmm. Got it home. Realized it had already been opened before. Yikes.

Easily found what we needed. Hardware by the pound! One lock nut cost $3.19, which was more than the 2 bolts, 2 hex nuts, 2 locking washers, and 4 washers in the per-pound bag.Friendly staff.

Tired to exchange propane tank one cashier working and the other one stand around doing nothing. The cashier asked for help with the exchange propane tank the one stand around doing nothing came and gave the key and said take care of it...went back to doing nothing .. The working cashier now had 5 people waiting ... Didn't turn out well.. 4 Times I've been there now same issues, no customer service ...... Will not shop there again even though it's only 5 miles away.... Would not recommend

Better than mills fleet farm by Far!!! Bomgaars carries an Extremely Larger quantity of merchandise!!! Employees are very helpful and pleasant!!!
