I made a mistake and bought wrong Indoor dry food for my 4-year-old cat. I live on the opposite end of town and store by me was out so they could not exchange this. They kindly called Wyoming store, and the manager pulled bag for me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, she was running an errand by the time I got there, and this young man was called to register by Sarah, who is a lovely young lady. I won't even go into how rude, condescending, and arrogant the pictured young man (who wore no name tag) was to me, choosing instead to attempt to lose a loyal customer over $2.20. I can only say he is much in need of grace and humility and suggest you go to someone else for help, avoiding him as best you can.Although I would give Sarah at this store 5 stars, Google will not allow me to write second review. What a wonderful employee she is, treating me with kindness and compassion. I hope the manager, Christy, fully sees what an asset to their store she is. Thank you Christy and Sarah for helping me!!

This was my best experience in a pet store EVER!!! The staff and I believe it was the manager made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. She was knowledgeable and a great help. She even went out of her way to run out to our car to give up a calming treat to help sooth and calm our new puppy.

I like the old facility a little more than this one-primarily due to the location. The inside seems clean. The prices are on the high side. 42 bucks for a bag of treats, s throw ball and a toy with treat in it.

I just went to PSP for dog food. I am very pregnant and had my two year old in tow. I was almost instantly assisted by a kind worker and shown where the brand of dog food I needed was, it was put in my cart, and he offered to even put it in my car for me. He stayed at check-out where he got my daughter a snack and interacted with her as we walked to my car. He put the dog food in the back and even took my cart in. I wish I had paid better attention to what his name was, but he went above and beyond was his job was to assist me. I appreciate him very much and because of his kindness I will definitely be returning!

I was over charged by 30% and when I questioned it the cashier decided to say she charged correctly and the cost was tax. I said, "30% tax?" She then handed me the receipt that showed that she did in fact over-charge me. It seemed like a silly thing to lie about...As far as the owner's reply- offering a price correction would be appropriate

I was looking for a specific brand of dog food for my two new puppies (strays with upset tummies) and a manager (?) offered her assistance. She introduced herself as Tony and helped me find the bag I was looking for, and even recommended a few others if that one was ever out of stock.I’m glad to have been helped by such a nice and bubbly person! It was a very stressful day and she made at least one errand a little bit more manageable.Thanks!

Staff always greets us when walking in. They always have our dogs food in stock. Great selection on everything and anything you need for your dog. I find that this one has more cute dog bowls.☺️ 100% recommend coming here, so does my dog.🐶

Worked here for a year probably one of the worst experiences ever 12/hr to stock what a joke to top it off the manager chrissy diana and sam all treat their employees like dawgs wish i didnt waste my time here and i dont recomend buying from here or working here if i could do a 0 star review i would also had to fight with your hr department for almost a year to get my w2 l☺️☺️that was the best and my ex gf also sat there and fought w you guys to get hers to do not recomend this company or their managers

Kinda sketchy. Horrible how the cats in the middle of the aisle with NOTHING but a bed. The cage is meant for a ferret not a cat. Place is dark and feels like I’m shopping in a ghetto bodega. Skip out on this place. (Plus you can’t access you rewards in store because the building gets no signal and keep in mind that’s the only way to see your rewards)

I went in here today and had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I have worked in customer service for a very long time myself and was amazed at the knowledge and kindness of the staff. i was helped by Christy who helped me in finding everything I needed and more to take care of my beloved senior cat Jin.in the past I have always bought my cat food from Meijer however pet supplies plus gained a loyal customer today!

I really like going here because they have a huge selection. It seems like lately they only have the large and extra large sizes of the dog food I get. Maybe its a supply issue or maybe a ploy to get me to spend more than i care to Sorry, when the choices are $65 or $85, I have to shop elsewhere.
