I walked into the store store at 9:47pm. I was told that they were closed. The cashier who said this was in the process of checking out a customer. I asked what time they closed and he said 9:45. The web site says 10pm. I guess they don't want customers.

The two guys in the morning are amazing. They greeted everyone that walked in, were very friendly and helpful. Model customer service employees.2nd shift is a different story, very rude and slow ladies who act like they don’t want people in the store. I stood in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. 1st shift should train the rest of this location on how to act.

This place has great healthy road snacks. Chobani, humus, protein pack, fruit. The bathroom was really nice too.

Not understanding on why prices are so different, compared to other stores and gas stations in area. All good I only shop here when there is no other option.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Scott and Ashley went above and beyond on my most recent visit and it took me by surprise!! I've never had a bad experience here, but this time, the customer service was spot on! Thanks for the good visit, I'll be sure to recommend this place to my family and coworkers :)

Usually I love this store, but when I get kicked out for not being able to wear a mask from a manager WHO WASN'T WEARING A MASK it takes your rating down bad. Managers reflect the crew, you can even check the camera if u want, it was Thursday the 9th between 11:45 and 12:20.

I travel quite a bit in West Michigan visiting clients for my company. I was really happy when I found Johnny's and then realized that they are all over West Michigan. This was the first Johnny's that I went into because it's right by my office. If a gas station/convenience store can be upscale, Johnny's is. They have a huge selection of snacks, drinks, frozen foods, and groceries. They also have a beer cooler, car essentials, and health and beauty products. I must also mention that they have the nicest restrooms I've ever seen in a gas station. One last little bonus - there's a Subway inside.
