I Highly recommend bringing your pet here. I brought my jack russel / rat terrier mix who is afraid of everything including her own shadow. They scheduled her at a quiter time in their shop with not many other dogs there so it would be less stressful for her. They were very kind an caring when they took her back for her appointment. The groomer was talking to her an cuddling her. They did a great job on her hair cut and she was surprisingly calm when I picked her up ! Thank you for a job well done !

I took my two dogs a 3 month old shih tzu for a first grooming and a 4 yr. old shih-poo who gets regular grooming but hates gettimg his legs and feet groomed or even touched. They did an awesome job!

We tried a number of different groomers and settled here many years ago. They are concientious and listen to our concerns. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Most important, the groomers are dog lovers as evidenced by how the dogs react to them.

Tanya is the best!!! She is gentle and loving. I have 3 dogs and she is thorough on clipping the dew, claws filing them down and shaving between pads unlike most other groomers...you get home and either they are scratching everything up with sharp nails or still sliding from fur between!

Tania is an amazing groomer. My dog looks and acts like a puppy after seeing her. She listened to all my concerns and knew how to handle my sensitive dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointed! Hated the way the dog looked when i got her back. I asked only for a trim and i got a dog that was almost completely shaved. I even showed them a picture of how i wanted it done. At some parts of the head it is not even at all. I think i could have done a better job myself. What upset me even more is the fact the dog seemed very unhappy and not herself. Usually she is very playful and very excited when she sees me. She showed no emotion when i got her. I felt like she was sedated. So overall bad experience. Definitely not going back.

We will not go anywhere else but VIP. Been to a few down river groomers and haven't been satisfied like we are at VIP. They are always very friendly and happy to see our baby when we take him in. Reasonably priced and always happy when we pick up our baby. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking the chance with my pitbull dog, at first you seemed a bit skeptical about grooming her but after you met her you did a wonderful job and i will be back definatly soon. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been treated so terribly by a business. A little kindness would go a long way. After the way they treated me I would never trust them to treat my dog right.

I took my 10 year old miniature Dachshund and asked for a short cut that I don't usually do, but have once before for Florida which I'm getting ready to return to with my dog. A woman groomed my Reese that I've not seen before, minds you I have taken my dogs here for for 20 plus years. But I will not be back there again. This woman traumatized my dog and me, she shaved my dogs whiskers, burnt her skin from shaving to close and shaved her head so bad and uneven if she were a human she would be wearing a hat untill it grows out.VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERSharon

I took my poodle for a haircut and they shaved the dog completely said that the person that cut the hair was new and that's a dog was very matted I was so angry they never even tried to apologize I will never come back to this place again I will let all my dog people the rescue people know
