We made a special out of the way detour on our way back to Ohio so we could see Dr. Pol's. It looks just like on TV...dog poop and all in the grassy area.😊. We didn't go inside per the request on the website. They appeared to be busy so no staff came out. It was just fun seeing our favorite TV vet's office.

Took the grand kids to soaring Eagle water park when my 5 year old heard We were close to doctor pol's he wanted to go see him. We told him he was busy helping animals and he couldn't go in to see him. So we talked him into getting his picture taken in front of the sign.

Me and my family watch dr pol all the time dr pol and his team are good to get along with and his staff is really good at being reliable with your animals so I really appreciate him and his staff for helping animals with their needs And in 2018 me and my. Parents were in Michigan at are lake house and we drove a hour to go and see him and his staff dr pol has a lot of season on natgeo wild called the incredible dr pol please if you are in please go see dr pol and him and his staff members will take care of any kind of animals in any shape or form or condition that your animals are in I definitely will go and see him again sometime soon I love the incredible dr pol and his staff members so much I really recommend pol vetnairy sieves

I contacted Pol Veterinarian Service this morning at 8:35am as an extremely desperate attempt to help my daughters duck. After watching Dr. Pol, Diane, Charles, and staff repeatedly say on their show how their work is a labor of love I thought maybe our duck will have a chance at a somewhat happy life. But to my surprise the receptionist was rude. Even after I explained that I have called every vet within my state and 3 neighboring states. She replied that they do not see animals outside of Michigan. I said I am more than happy to drive to them. She again rudely said I will need to call someone else.I completely understand how busy they are but would a handicap duck really take up that much of their time?By no means is this a review of Dr. Pol. This is only a review of the heartless and callousness of the receptionist I spoke with this morning.

Sadly, our pet passed away suddenly in wintertime. We knew we needed cremation services. Our regular vet was going to charge nearly double what Pohl charges.Dr. Pohl was kind and made sure I was okay before I left our pet there. The box is beautiful and they even gave us a footprint.

Staff is always willing to work with you and your schedule. They were even willing to work us in at the last minute on the day before a holiday weekend when our dog had a minor injury.

I was soooo disappointed and let down! On Oct 21st I was on my way to my cottage when my 10 week old puppy started having major problems. I was unable to find a vet to see him so I thought I'll call Dr Pol! I watch him all that time and knew he would help! OMG WAS I WRONG! They would not help me! I said this isn't the Dr Pol I watch!! Well he is not in today and you are not a patient here!! But this isn't what I see on TV! She then told me that haven't accepted new patients in 5 yeara and I would need to find an emergency clinic. Well, obviously, the program is a ruse and only for the money. I will never watch it again! BTW I had to go from Bay City to Alpena for help. I thank God for Thundar Bay Urgent Care Clinic and Switer Vet. They saved my little guy life.

This is only in reference to this site to Dr Pohl my wife had been chatting with Dr Pohl (supposedly) but after calling the vets office of Dr Pohl they said this was a scam do not fall for any thing on face book or messenger.

Dr Pol helped us with our Rottweiler when her regular Dr couldn't find her problem. We just drove there and asked if he would help us and of course he did. The whole office was spectacular with us and Dr Pol was amazing as we thought he would be. I can't Thank him and his crew enough for everything they did for our girl. They say he is incredible for a reason. Thank You All so much.

Sadly Dr. Pol was not in. We were treated very well by the staff. We were just visiting as we were in the area. Unfortunately we were unable to go in but we were still treated very well. We were allowed pictures and to walk around their facility. I love them all.

Only reason they get 1 start is zero isn't an option. Brought my 50lb dog in there who had torn her knee, dog version of ACL. They recommended and ended up performing a procedure suitable for dogs under 10lbs. Should have advised TPLO. FF several years later and Vet have to go in, rip out what was done and do TPLO. Outdated practices, just in it for money. Had a horrible reputation in the Veterinary world. Run don't walk away from this practice.

Love, Dr. Pol’s! All the vets and staff are great! We have gone here for a good many years, way before he became famous. The cost has always been much more reasonable than other veterinary offices despite his celebrity status.

Watching the Pol' vet services kept me alive . I am so greatful they decided to go on TV the vets and staff the family I watched everyday as many as I could I had had an accident and was stuck at home for over a year. It is the best, the warmest most comforting show regarding animals. I have so much love for their whole family i feel real close to them and yet have never met them ❤️ .the show taught me so so much
