Manager said she would fix my order because they put Lettuce on it when I asked for no lettuce and then she gave me Same Tacos again with lettuce on it, and She Hung up on Me when I was telling her that, Such a Mean Witch, Her name is Heather, I Order from there often and They can't even get my order right even when I explain how to fix it, They need Better Managers, I won't be going to this Taco bell Anymore!! Benton Harbor Tacobell is even better than this!! And There Food don't even taste like Meat

So 18 college softball players and 4 Coaches traveled from Lansing to Benton Harbor to play two games against Lake Michigan College. A great school and very competitive softball team. We get on the road at 10:30am and have snacks on the way there. We play games at 2pm and 4pm. It’s cold and uncomfortable like early spring ball is. The players on both teams played through lots of adversity and gave it their all. At the end of the day we always stop to get dinner and this is where it’s becoming very stressful for us as coaches to feed a team. Go back 5 months ago in Kalamazoo. We played in a college softball tournament at Whistle Stop. On our way home we take the team to Wendy’s. I get out of the bus and the team followed at 4:30 pm. I walk in and the Manager sees it’s a bus and looses her mind. She walked past the 5 players and myself on top of the backs of benches along the wall and locks the door on the rest of the team and 2 other coaches. The manager was loud and upset at the opportunity to feed us. The unfortunate thing for her was that it only locked from the outside. We let the rest of the team in. This manager made sure our visit was going to be uncomfortable and not enjoyable. We let the district manager know the day after and was promised the situation would be rectified. We also A year earlier stopped at a Burger King and the manager met us at the door and just flat out told us he wouldn’t serve us and locked the door. Now fast forward to yesterday at Taco Bell at this address 714 S Main St, Watervliet, MI. We pulled up in the bus at 6:35 on a Sunday. The bus passes by the front. At that moment a Taco Bell employee in a purple shirt who was handing out a meal to a waiting car saw us. By the time we turned and parked the employee could be seen locking the side door. I really didn’t believe her was really doing this because visibility there were 5 other groups of customers enjoying their food and one at the counter ordering. I saw all of this when I approached the door and could see the same employee now locking the front door and saying out loud his intentions of not serving us. I pulled on the door and it was locked. Another employee a younger man approached the door from inside and said they were closed.This is becoming a thing and feeding athletes even though it’s not the healthiest it’s nessasary. Not a lot of options when we are on the road and never know what time we will be eating. We have in the past and will continue in the future call ahead for Subway and Jimmy John’s. But fast food if you call ahead the will flat out tell you they don’t want you there. Sit down restaurants will also make it very uncomfortable even when you call ahead and treat us unprofessionally. We have packed coolers and had sandwiches and vegetables but the kids will do it but when we play 6 games a week it gets old and it’s actually more expensive than eating out and on a Juco budget every penny counts. I must take my hat off to Culver’s where we did finally stop and eat. They were excited and took us on then fed us. Culver’s mad us feel welcomed.

This taco bell only prioritizes the drive through. Ive come her 2 times over 2 weeks both times at night. First time we came into the dining room around 7 and ordered at the kiosk and it took almost an hour for us to get our food. And no one else was in the dining room! Everytime I tried to get a workers attention they blatantly ignored us one even rolled her eyes when I asked why it was taking so long for us to get our food but everyone in the drive through were being served right away.The second time we came was tonight this time we went through the drive through and got our food in under a few minutes. And what did I see when I looked in the dining room lots of unhappy customers in line at the counter. What I don't understand is why they keep the dinning room open if they are just going to ignore people!

NOT THE WORST BUT DANG SURE NOT BY FAR ANY GOOD!! the place is really clean probably because it stays so empty. The food AND service is AWFUL. There's an old lady with glasses in the mornings/mid mornings and she's always rude. and takes her sweet time helping anyone. Last time she made me wait like 15minutes just to order. Then today asked me if I was ready to order them told me to wait. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The chulupa was STALE AND OLD. ..like her 🙄 and everything was hard and cold. Literally the ONLY thing hot was the nacho cheese. so 20$ wasted. Please don't waste your time. It's awful here

We made a simple non complicated order at the kiosk then waited for nearly an hour. Halfway through a worked asked if we want are drinks I said no not unless the food is done . She made them the said it's be 30 more minutes. Then why did you make them!? She seemed dumbfounded when I asked her that. They forgot to put meat on my sister's nachos. No chicken in my grilled cheese burrito. The only thing they got right was the fries. Seems like they only prioritize the drive through. We won't be back

Friendly staff. A little slow on the drive through. Food was hot and executed correctly. Tasted as expected for Taco Bell. Overall good experience. Glad we stopped.

Food was mostly good. Made up to standards for Taco Bell. One issue with the food was I paid $4.79 for a cheese-only, no meat, quesadilla and it had next to no cheese on it. The reason for the 1-star review is that they way over-prioritized the drive-thru. There was 4 parties inside who ordered at the kiosks and it took about 30 minutes for everyone to get their food. They turned over the drive thru line many, many times during that span. It was also super smoky inside the dining room from the kitchen. There was trash all over the floor in the kitchen and dining room and employees were using vulgar language with each other that could be heard in the dining room.

Currently starts service at 9am. If offering breakfast, I don't understand how that is reasonable. Consider that most people on a day shift or work at a regular day job cant reasonably get it at that time. I give it two stars for their regular menu and that I do like their breakfast menu. This review is for the Watervliet, MI location. I wanted to add, their drive through is fast compared to others in the area.

Started on drive thru order at 1:30 am. two cars in front of me by the time I got my order it was a little past 2 am there were two employees and the guy was pretty much doing it all cooking taking orders or fixing the girls mess up on the register she handed me my orders but forgot my drink I tried to get her attention but she looked so stoned and in lala land she never acknowledged me then the cook or the guy saw me and asked how he could help I told him I was waiting on my drink so he prepared it then handed it to me and she still never even saw that be done and he was walking and working circles around her he deserves a raise.

Went in with my daughter early and nobody else was there the workers literally made us wait like 10 minutes while they were sitting around doing nothing. Kept looking at us and it was awkward and really actually rude. The old lady in the drive thru kept giving us looks like she was annoyed because we didn't use the kiosk. Finally someone came over to help after I said something but it was definitely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. and they wonder why they want to replace us all with robots ... Smh.

Someone needs to give a mathematics test to the drive thru employees. Today I gave $11.35 for a $6.35 order. $5.00 change, correct? Gave me back $4.00 & more change!! Told them I needed the $5.00. Looked at me like I was stupid. Ended up with 4 or 5 workers trying to figure it out! Pitiful !!! Still not sure if they thought i cheated them. Also forgot to give me my drink & I was so mad by them I didn’t notice. Went in & got it. Long line in back of me waiting for me to go.

The young lady was very nice. Very fast through the drive-thru. The place looked clean. Very fast stop right off the highway and right back on again. Nice little town not much there but BK and Taco Bell. I choose Tacos everytime.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access and handicap parking.
