Early evening. Store was very busy. Nice selection of lunch items and microwavable meals. Miscellaneous items were there that I needed just had to find them. Even the clerk wasn't sure of some of the locations but I found my salt and pepper shaker!!!! Dollar general standard cluttered isles and limited staff.

Because everyone everywhere is understaffed these days, new inventory was stacked throughout the store, making it hard to navigate the aisles.

staff is nice but it is hard to move through the store. Also whats with all the religious music?! I find it really off-putting in a what should be a secular shopping experience!

Very glad to have it, because we no longer have a grocery store in town. So when I'm in too much pain to do meijer, I go grab some food from dollar General and B&B and that gets me thru til I can go. They have a great selection of snacks, frozen foods, housewares and at good prices. Good location, ample parking, nice staff. Would be nice to have some healthier options

I like Dollar General I go in there especially for toiletries. And when they have their 5$ off 25$. Or sales right after Christmas. It's definitely my go to store when I need one or two things. Sometimes the staff seems impatient with customers. In the Red Arrow Hwy, Coloma store. They have remodeled and they have been nicer since the remodel.

The place is dirty, things all over the aisles, a trip or fire hazard just waiting to happen. The store has really gone down hill in the last couple months when it comes to cleanliness. There are also empty shelves all the time. I don't know what happened but in the last three months, the store has become dirty. It made me decide to start shopping at Family Dollar in town.

This place has great staff wonderful personalities. I believe they are understaffed the place is always a wreck. You cannot walk down all isles when atm items are dislocated and stock is always delayed.

Nice place my grandson and i went to get a candy he gets there all the time and wanted to buy me one will they was out and the manager knew him and the candy he buys went in the back and got it for him said he buys it all the time. Was so nice to him good guy

The place is always cluttered, there's hardly room to walk down aisle.There's a lot of bare spots on the shelves. They run out of things that I need quite often..The manager doesn't always know how to talk to the customer.You have to just about beg them to go out and unlock the ice cooler for a bag of ice. I can see why it's outside, cuz there's absolutely no room on the inside with all the carts I'll stock to be put up in the way.They seem to be understaffed quite often at this particular Dollar General. Sometimes it's frustrating to go there. I usually go to the one in another town because of that

Could hardly get thru aisles..tons of boxes in way..was not said hello or bye too..no help..not a smile ..tried to reach over & up to buy 4 items & could not get to so no sell to me..i love d gen.as a rule but the one i went to needs help..i will say all d gens..need to try better when they unpk.new items for shelves as all these yrs thats been an issue for me..thanks ..

I go there a lot. We don't have a grocery store in this town. So it is a time saver to grab milk eggs and bread there. Great staff. And I like to browse. 😉

Nice store, but there always restocking which means they are always selling, which in the end means JOBS , And the workers they have ought to be appreciated more, someone is doing something right.

Watervliet, MI location is ALWAYS well stocked and the service is fast and friendly! Far better than neighboring stores.

We went into Dollar General looking for ornament hooks. When we asked if they had any, the store associate said they didn't have any. After some searching, we finally found them. Associates are either lazy, or do not know their inventory.

Good ppl. The manager I believe his name is gene was very nice and helpful when I was a com dollars short and he spotted me the three dollars so I cohad pay. I had tbe money in the car and after paying I ran outside and got money to pay back. He didn't ask or expect me to and insisted I not need to when I offered but I insisted and gabe him the money. Dann good guy pretty good store. One more thing the store has gotten back to being a way better than it was when he left. Tbanks Gene.

Large store with the usuaL DG half full shelves with missing product. Dimly lit which gave an old warehouse effect. Must say that the staff was friendlu and knowlegable.
