My husband loves this place! They make their own fertilizer & bag it. I was surprised by the robotic arm that was busy loading the fertilizer onto pallets!👍Small store & parking area, but no problem for us to navigate on a Saturday!

The people are friendly and they usually have the products that we need but they should filter out the bags of fertilizer a little better. We find parts of pallets, hay, corn I've even found a cigarette butt in a bag before. Other than that I have no complaints.

Best place hands down. Best prices. Best customer service. Reps are the best both behind the counter and out in the back. The owner runs around works hard, the employees run around and work hard, front desk work hard. Everyone works hard to make me happy. That goes a long way. I don’t live close but I come here anyway. I don’t go anywhere else because I love this place. I love the people. They treat everyone equal. It’s very diversified. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they are so patient with me. I just bought a house so I’m learning how to grow vegetables. I just laid sod down so I’m learning how to fertilize. They are there and they talk me through it all. I feel bad sometimes because the lines are long but they don’t make me feel bad. The guys behind the counters are so professional. They are so good at what they do. I’m so jealous of them they know so much. It seems like they know every question I ask them. I come in prepared too by doing my research first on the internet so I’m asking challenging questions. They answer all my questions. They have good products that work. They vent their products too so you are getting the best products in the market. If you love good products, love great knowledgeable front desk people, love hard working people that never sit still in the back so you can get what you bought, and if you love a hard working owner that keeps this whole place up and running smoothly, this is the place for you!!! I absolutely love Washing Elevator and a special thanks goes out to my best bud SK for telling me about this place!!

This is a great place to get the grains and seed you need . Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. I appreciate them loading my 40 lb. bags of bird seed into my vehicle, thanks. They service contractors and individuals with respect. Plus it's a really cool place to visit & browse.

Fast and friendly service. The parking lot doesn't have alot of room for backing up to the dock and you have to navigate around other vehicles. That's a huge problem for people who don't understand how to back up straight. Just a observation while waiting..

I'm torn because on one hand it's great to have an elevator / fertilizer store where you can buy almost anything you can ever imagine. And I've had great service 8 out of 10 times I've been there. But a couple of times they just seem to busy to want to deal with me. They have what I need but don't want to bag it as they'd rather sell to their larger customers buying in bulk quantities. I get it but it can be a little frustrating when you make a 30 minute trip there and they basically tell you to go pound sand.

My first visit, they had what I needed. I was the only customer when I came in to the sales room and the employee acted like it was a hassle to help me. There are plenty of other places to spend my money.

I love this place. I do all my own lawn, gardening, and landscaping and this is my go to spot. They USUALLY have the best prices. The selection is phenomenal. You can get all your organic lawn care stuff here. Bird seed, pet food, animal feed, weed control, pond care, etc. I highly recommend.

I went with my friend to pick up fertilizer. I can't say much on the products, because I really have no clue.My 5 stars goes to the excellent customer service. The man behind the register was very professional and nice. Also, the man who loaded the bags was quick and polite.The transaction took barely anytime.

This is a great store for foodplotters. They have a great selection of seed and products, at very competitive prices. Also, I purchased some pond maintenance products (also priced right). By my own mistake, the product I purchased was incorrect, and they gave me a full refund with no hassle. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

I bought 5 bags of weed and feed from here that became all wet and nasty. They replaced all bags without question when they did not have to. Excellent customer service. I will by all my lawn care needs from them.

Good place to park for the Macomb Orchard bicycle trail on West Road near Mound Rd. Picnic shelter and pit toilets here. A few miles north to Romeo and a few miles south to Shelby.
