This store and employees take wonderful care of their fish. The bettas are in great condition compared to most chain pet stores. I bought a stunning mermaid veil tail for 4 dollars where most chain stores charge up to 25 for bettas in very poor condition. Keep up the great work!

Every time I go here buy super worms they're not dated correctly because my worms die or pupate waaay to soon for me to even feed my reptiles, they're all lethargic looking when you check and the employees say that it's normal. noooo it is not!!!

I like going there because its close to my house, but honestly if you are going to have employees work at a pet store maybe just maybe they should know about the products that are sold at the store. Everytime I go and ask a question the answer is always "ummm I don't know" so for now on I rather drive farther and go to a pet store where they know how to help me.

I love this location. I almost always find what I need. When I don't find it they let me know the next closest store that has it. Anytime I have an issue they are friendly and do the best they can to solve the problem. I am there weekly. Everyone is great.

I do like going to this store because its close to home - however there are some new employees who arent very helpful and dont know much at all. I was even checking out the other day and my amount was $4.20 and the two girls behind the counter said "OMG 420" and laughed. Just not very professional. There have been employees i did see before who were helpful i just haven't seen them lately.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, mostly anyways! Good selection and they host the VIPET solutions center for low cost shots and other veterinary services once a month! The only problem is they're are a bit pricey on some things in comparison to the big name pet stores, but still worth it in terms of help and supplies!

I went in there to browse for fish and I noticed that they had some huge and beautiful black moors that looked very sick. A lot of the tanks looked really dirty and the fish seemed to be very unhappy. The staff was nice and the place was overall organized, but from the looks of the fish I was not satisfied. It made me a bit sad to see such a beautiful fish with ich and foggy eyes.

Went in looking for Whimzees, as they were on sale. I was informed they were all out. The worker then took my name and phone number and said she would call when they came in on the next truck. She called and held two packages of them for me and also reminded me when the sale was ending. I wish I remembered her name. She went above and beyond to help me.

Pretty standard for a pet store. Clean, friendly staff, AND if they don't carry what you're looking for they will do their best to put in an order through their distributor for whatever you need. They have pretty good coupons and "membership" rewards which are free.

So happy that they carry Natural Balance "Fat Dogs" food. Good variety of crunch dog treats. LOVE curb side! Cody is sweet & helpful!!

Yes! one manager there is very rude, she has talked rude to my mom and I their before. They are slow sometimes when it comes to getting crickets, but the actual workers their are very nice. I just stay out of the way of the manager and there is not a close pet store to go to besides this one.

Was in pet store a couple of weeks ago, was going there every week Love the employees, but that manager needs to stock a case of Midol, when I encountered this lady before, I tolerated her rudeness & am always fair @ excepting we all have bad days, but seriously this lady needs a class in management or join the freaking army, she treated all of us in line like we were 5 year olds & you lost thousands of dollars from our family, we go above & beyond for our pets & were making sure no one we know comes to your place, you couldn’t possibly love pets, when you have no respect for their owners, so you go ahead & keep biting @ people that store is going to close down, I’m hoping you own it, because if you don’t shame on the owner for letting her treat customers like a pile of 💩!

I love pet supplies plus however the "kiddos" they got working at this location? Completely uninterested in helping, just hanging out with buddies laughing & having a good ol time. 😏 wasnt a huge fan
