The pharmacist screwed my antibiotics order... which I did not have enough pills for for 5 days for my kid to take. The prescription order was resented again by our doctor to pharmacy, and I was waiting again for another 2 pills. We have a one day gap without taking a pill between.

worst Pharmacy staff EVER. These females on the phone are obnoxious and rude!!! have been getting my prescriptions filled there for years and just over looking their weird personalities, but today I called at 8:30 am and the phone rep was short tempered and obnoxious, as if she had been working all day and was burned out or something. This was 1/2 hour after they even opened!! She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain something, while I was just wondering why my prescription wasn't filled yet (that the doctor had called in 10 days ago), and the script should have been filled 5 days ago. I got nothing but snotty answers on the phone. There are a few nice ones there, like the blonde haired pharmacist, but most of the techs are miserable and have no customer service skills. They should be working in a factor with machines, not with people.

Rude, incompetent, and narcissistic. They kept asking about “the strength” but refused to tell me which medication. Eventually I figured out that they were questioning my prescription as if they know better than doctors and patients.

Kristina C. is such a sweet human being. I have been getting my prescription filled here for years (it is not covered by insurance) and she was the only person to offer me a coupon and link my mperks to my account. Such great service! So thankful for individuals who care about their customers and spread kindness!

Why does it say "Drive thru - Quick visit" under the description of this pharmacy on Google? I have been sitting in the line for 15 minutes, 6th car back, and no movement since I pulled up. I'm picking up for a family member and am so glad I don't use this pharmacy for myself. Probably would have been quicker to walk in to the counter, unfortunately 4 cars have pulled up behind me since I arrived and I'm stuck in this mess. Looking forward to most likely dealing with a rude, incompetent pharmacy tech when I get to the window :)

Have been to the drive thru a few times... each experience has been bad.Staff seems clueless on what to do, all the time. They constantly have a huge line of cars backed up as they don't tell people to go inside to talk about their prescription.Once a staff member told me (15 minutes before closing): "Why are you hear? We are almost closing!" Very rude staff that they have at the drive thru window.Another thing, the drive thru is messed up. Who ever designed it is a complete moron and should be fired for their thinking.Literally there has been ten times where cars have literally blocked the parking lot main drive way (in front of meijer).

KELLI at customer service was VERY nasty towards me. I did not see another person at the other side of counter and she very rudely yelled to stand in the middle because there was another person working. Unfortunately I was up next to be helped by her and she started going on about how she isn't the only one working. When she asked if I wanted my money back on my card I politely said "whatever is easier for you" trying not to make her anymore angry. She looked at me and said "it's whatever you want, that's why I asked."

Always had a good experience here. Staff is friendly. Not sure where the the other reviewers are at but I've never had anyone be rude to me at this Meijer pharmacy. Sometimes the drive thru line is long but that could easily just be a busy time of day.

Probably the slowest and most incompetent pharmacy I have ever encountered. Very rude and lazy staff. We have had to wait days to get our prescriptions EVERY time we went there. My doctor had called in a very common maintenance drug for me on a Monday, by that Friday, they still hadn't filled it! Looking to switch to a new pharmacy ASAP!

Yesterday while waiting in line at the Pharmacy, there was an overwhelming 'cloud' of cigarette smoke with an overlay of cologne. When my clerk walked away from the counter, I was stunned to realize it was she who smelled so awful. I think it's disgusting any Pharmacy would let someone who works there reek of smoke. Any facility that deals with patients health should be totally smoke free. What a poor impression!

The pharmacy is quick and nice people. I have had trouble at my doctors office getting medicine, my fault for not calling in sooner. However, the pharmacist was able to e mail my doctor and get my medicine for me.Thank you Meijer Pharmacy for being there for me.

Horribly slow, but worst of all the pharmacist lied to me repeatedly about why my RX wasn't filled. After I involved store manager, we got to the bottom of situation and she profusely apologized, even promising to send me a $25 gift card (that never came). NEVER lie to your customers!! Terrible staff sign of incompetent management.

I used to love this pharmacy. My prescription was send at 1 a'clock and it's already 6 and still not ready and when I called to ask about it they hang up the phone. They are very disrespectful. If I didn't really need this medicine I wouldn't bother on calling!!

Wife has refills across pregnancy, every time when she needs refill is very annoying because they do not have their prescription on stock, even I let them know in advance. Sometimes wife gets 1 or 2 days without the prescription because they have to order it.

Knowledgeable staff. If they don't have my medication, it usually only takes 1-2 days for them to receive it. There's also a drive-thru window if you're in a hurry or don't want to walk in.

LIES LIES LIES that's what they do. I switched to this location because I moved, not a very good experience. When I call to transfer or pay and ship my medications it usually requires two phone calls because the first person I speak with doesn't follow through or lies and claim they did when they did not. I will be switching back to the other location where I never had an issue.

I've witnessed the managers at this store being hostile towards customers and borderline abusive to employees. I shopped at this store for 7 years but stopped a year ago because of the way the managers we're treating customers and employees.
