We've purchased a lot from here over the years and this location consistently has weird things going on with their products. We purchased jam in a jar that was stabbed with a box cutter and was moldy inside. We had granola bags with holes in them that we didn't notice until they made a mess in our car. Honestly, there's so many other things but this review would be huge, and then today there's this: Protein water with dirt underneath bottle. We bought one and didn't notice it until it made a mess on our couch. We went back to buy more today, a week later than the first purchase, and we found more with DIRT on the bottom. How do you let this happen, meijers? There's too many things happening, it seems like maybe a disgruntled employee is sabatoging the store. Check your items before purchasing anything from this location.Also: I called customer service about the jam and they didn't care, even though it was on over a dozen jars STILL being sold on the shelf and they didnt bother to remove them when we checked weeks later. Ew.

Good prices. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. That is not meant to sound semi negative. I live in reality and understand there is a problem finding help these days, let alone 'good' help. Meijer is doing reasonably well considering we are living in a time when youth aren't interested in work or responsibility.

Missed items in my pickup after I had surgery. I had to have soft food and they gave us none of it. They then said it would be 3-5 business days to get a refund and we are to far to get food delivered. Terrible customer service policies. Make it right not harder meijer

First time in this Meijer's location. Very nice store. Organized. Laid out well. Very clean.But sadly, I end up rating 4 stars. My concern was several items (beyond just a few or acceptable reasonable selections) had bare shelves, especially in general grocery. Aside from that - excellent store - very friendly employees.

Really love my local Meijer. Friendly employees who are helpful. Customer service line always goes quick. Self checkout employees are super attentive. They always have a large bakery selection and even lots on discount for quick eats. The store is always clean. The pharmacy is fast and affordable.

UPDATE 21 February 2022First time using restroom here, needed to check a contact lens. To begin with, the restroom (singular) was hidden very well, but an employee pointed the way when asked. A sign on the door said "Out of Order" - upon checking the problem was serious but simple to fix. The toilet seat was missing one bolt, nothing more.I can't imagine the lack of imagination on the part of the management team who couldn't resolve this problem in less than an hour.UPDATE - 24 February 2021For the last 10 months Meijer has been in a race to the bottom along with Kroger; my perception is that no one wants Walmart to be alone at the bottom. While one might admire the corporate compassion displayed by the apparent desire to 'leave no chain behind', as a customer I'm extremely dissapointed.There's no longer any difference in the checkout time.ORIGINAL (PRE-COVID) REVIEWGreat place to shop, especially after midnight when Kroger, Target, etc are closed.Surprisingly wide variety of non-grocery products such as hardware, extension cords, insecticides, even clothing from the likes of CHAPS by Ralph Lauren and other name brands. This time of year there's also a good selection of Christmas trees and decorations, from stockings to lights.Deducted one star because during early morning hours self checkout is all that's available. It worked well enough on my last 2:30 am visit, but I prefer a cashier.

Terrible store. I was so unhappy last week. Opened the app and wrote a lengthy feedback. I got copy and paste replies from “Customer Service”. Just sounds like a robot doing auto reply mode. Smh. If there’s still activity on my Mperks acct, particularly with this location, that’s my husband buying his beer. Lol I am working with him to leave Meijer altogether and getting a Costco membership.My neighbors and I unanimously agree that this location is just awful. Particularly the produce. Half the time strawberries are moldy. Staff so unfriendly or sometimes you wonder if they even exist. There’s one lady in meats, her counter is next to the frozen seafood. Man! Isn’t she the grouchiest retail person I’ve ever seen. She clearly hates her job. It’s unfortunate, really unfortunate, bc this is an affluent market. The households that go to this location are in a different tax bracket; Vince and Joe’s/Nino Salvaggio shoppers. Did you guys know that?If I ever need to go back to another Meijer I am going to Hall Road location.

This 1 star is not for the store rating it ls for the lady working behind the counter at 1230 today. Tried cashing this 50 dollar scratch lotto winner today and the Arabic lady behind the counter scanned it and tried giving me 10 dollars for it. What a crook! She never apologize for it and pretended to scan the ticket again.

Always a great experience. Staff friendly and helpful. I find what I need. Sales are usually good. Produce is better than Kroger's. This location has the has the best bakery. Their bakery goods are better than any bakery and donut shop near by.

Haven't been to Meijers in quite a while due to the several previous attempts last year was quite frustrating. Nobody Around to help, long lines, hardly any registers open, and cashier's that didn't know what they were doing. HOWEVER...This store was different than the 23/gratiot store. They actually had registers open, there was an actual human being in the clothes department, and she actually tried to help me !!! I finished shopping, went to the registers and there was no waiting. For now on I'll shop at this location. Whoever is running this store needs a pat on the back .

Meijers deleted my previous post showing the meat department covering up old expired meat with r fresh meat, cross contaminating and mixing up batches. I tried again a month later and my meat had the exact same problem. Perfectly red and fresh on outside and grey and disgusting onthe inside. This has to be against fda code. Your suppose to be able to track your batches if someone gets sick. You couldn’t tell me where this meat came from if you tried. You disgust me.

Place had wall 2 wall full of people with only 1 registered open !!! Had 2 wait 10 minutes just to check out my own stuff because they dont want 2 pay people !!! Lets just make the customers do it !! Yey .. can u say union !!!! If I could rate them a negative 1 would !

Very disappointed. All self serv check out were closed. Clearly not enough cashiers to cover it. Waited way too long to get checked outThey have changed their whole self-serve check out areas. I used to love to shop at this store because I always knew there would be a cashier to check me out. Not anymore! I went on a Friday at 11:00 am and Meijer had one cashier with a very long line! I don't feel that I should have to do self check out when I have a large order. Some people are disabled and it's just hard to do! Hire more cashiers!

Meijer used to be one of the best places, but service has gotten bad, the race to the bottom is a two way tie between them and the giant grocery "Kr****". Prices are ridiculous and they just don't care about people satisfaction. A good measure of a decent store is the bottle room and the checkout, plan a whole day if you have to visit both SMH

I'm not happy I had to buy 2 dresses and go to the bathroom to try them on and had to return the one I did not want. All because you can't try things on. That's ridiculous how can you sell cloths and have no way to try them on???? I won't be back.

I don't live out this way so I don't go to this location often, but every time I do I always leave happy. Employees are always friendly. Store is always clean. Whatever I need is always in stock. Literally have never had a problem with this location. They're doing an AMAZING job!
