We buy bird food and fertilizer at Family Farm & Home. Their products are great quality and reasonably priced. And staff team members have always been available to help.I also bought my new gardening boots here. Family farm & home has a nice selection and I'm happy with my new boots.

I love this store. They have so many items I need for our country home and property. I have been shopping as this location as well as a couple others and love the family feeling they exude. I shop at the similar TSC as well but much prefer to give Family, Farm and home my business.A few years ago I had problems with a pressure washer equipped with a nice Honda engine. I had purchased this from Home Depot and it was a few years old and out of warranty. It was in great shape and was always stored inside but rather suddenly it refused to start. I’m fairly mechanically inclined and I tried everything I knew but still no luck. I saw that Family, Farm, and Home repaired small engines so brought it in. A few weeks later I got it back and it ran well. They could have soaked me on the bill but instead they were honest, said they found a small problem I had missed, and charged me for the small repair that it was. A couple days ago I made a purchase and the store made a mistake on my charges. I didn’t catch it until a couple days later when I looked at my receipt. When I came back to the store today and explained the snafu I thought it may be a big deal as they basically had to take my word on this. I was thrilled as they trusted me, made the correction and couldn’t have been more pleasant. As I have already shared I have always liked Family, Farm, and Home but after today’s experience I want to shout to the community what a great business and store this is! Thank you for being the awesome business that you are!

Fantastic customer service and very friendly staff. Tractor supply didn’t have what I needed and I used to go to the Almont family farm but they have horrible management, who is petty and runs it like his club house.I found my new home right across the street in Washington twp! Wish I found it sooner.

I came to this store instead of Tractor Supply because I special order Guinea pig food. TSC wanted to charge for shipping to the store now! Family Farm and Home did not charge me anything extra to get the special order. I had an issue with my order, however, because their website wasn’t updated for what I was getting. I thought I had purchased a 50lbs bag but I only received 40lbs. I filed a complaint, and I received a response a day later. An employee named Chase really helped to sort this out and offered me a gift card. I am incredibly satisfied with his help. I will continue to support this business and even drive an hour round trip to get what I need.

I normally frequent the Tractor Supply across the street but they haven't had grooming supplies for cats the last 3-4 times I've checked, so I decided to make my way over to FF&H to see if they had anything, and they had multiple options to choose from! Staff was very friendly as well.

They had FoxFarm potting soil but the employee there did not seem to know about it. We found where it was in the fertilizer section but honestly you can plant stuff directly in Fox Farm tomatoes love it!

A really nice store to get the things you need for the home , yard or farm. Everything a typical hardware store has and then some. A lot like Tractor Supply. Reasonable prices comparable to Home Depot on most things as well. Very friendly staff also. A nice local store!

Very Helpful Staff , all 3 that I saw . The shelfs looked a little bare but I'm sure that's due to shipping and supply chain issues. But all in All a nice First visit. Couldn't stay to long wish they had a handicapped scooter to use.

Wonderful!!!! The people there were very informative and very pleasant to me. They explained how the store policy was and everything i asked about. Very friendly and very cooperative. The gentleman told me alot about the copper pans i was buying and the crock pot i did not know. All in all, a very VERY good trip, a wonderful experience, and a lovely good time for my husband and me. Look forward to going back. FOUND alot of good deals in the store!!! They let me browse and this made it very PLEASANT to shop!!!! GREAT!!!!!

This is without a doubt my favorite place to go for outdoor and farm supplies. The place is easily seen from the road. The place is gigantic so there is no need to worry whether or not you will find the product you're looking for. All of the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The prices are also very fair. Also feel free to stop in here for your pets needs. This place has it all

Went to this store to buy a dash xp zero turn yesterday and it was marked $2,499. They were getting ready to close and they said to tommorrow when they open. I agreed to buy it and said we will be back tomorrow with a trailer. They said that would be fine.Today when I came with the trailer they had changed the price to $2,799.I asked them to honor the price they had it marked yesterday that they agreed to sell it for and they refused. The manager would not even talk with us in person she just talked to the employee over the radio he had.I made a long trip with a trailer to find they were not honest.Why do business with people that you cannot trust?Better to go to another company where their word is good. Then you won’t make a long trip with a trailer for nothing.

Best thing I like about these folks are the fact that year after year I buy chicks well across the street at tractor supply you can only buy a min if 4 if not 6 I am told well no thanks I went to Family they are like Sure you only want 2 or even 1 No Problem, and they have better prices Hands down and carry a lot that tractor supply does not. So they get 10 stars for not following suit with other businesses that make life difficult for folks that don't have 50 acres. Thank you...

Nice place; Different from what I expected but had everything I was looking to purchase, and at a great price to boot! Needed duck feed and they sold multiple types, which is nice. I opted for the 50# bag just for the size alone, and at a very good price. I was buying 8# bags for $16 on Amazon, and bought 50# for nearly that much alone! Wish I had came here sooner, but live and learn. Next year, I'll be coming here for all my needs. This bag should last me until the ducks are able to fly away on their own.. (they're trapped at my work, can't get them out via manual methods/removal company.) The employees there were definitely helpful and pleasant.
