This store is a new location just steps from original building. This review is more about a lying employee not the company itself. Approximately 1 month ago an employee of this company was working at a neighbors house and I walked over asked him to look at my existing shed door it needs emergency repairs. He agreed to do the job but after he finished the neighbors project. So we agreed was eagerly waiting get new shed doors with pressure treated wood. The employee was a no show and where are the dependable hired help very difficult to actually find professional workers anymore. When you hire a person hide and seek should never be should have your license removed and no longer working at this company for your behavior.

Amazing store! Wide selection of Milwaukee tools and you can get pretty much everything you can at the big box stores. Super friendly staff! Would recommend this store to anyone!

My husband and I are redoing our bathroom. We needed a vanity. We ended up working with McKenna in the design area. She was GREAT to work with. She answered all our questions and was able to match up the colors we have. Thank you McKenna.

They have a huge selection of great products like Milwaukee and Dewalt all the name brands but also some good off brands at a lower price This store feels massive from the hardware store where I live. Staff was very friendly and making sure you know where to find what you need. A younger Gentleman actually hung out and learned about some of amazing colors in Stain in a brand I have never heard of called ZAR. Instead of the more expensive name brand well i found some cool new colors that I have blue moon black caviar and silk gray i was really impressed with the store and staff!

Some of the staff is just plain rude. Older gentleman literally got offended and chewed me out for driving a Ford. Told me my car was produced by a company that was owned by the Chinese government! Lmao Followed me around like I was a theif the entire time I was in the store. Won't get another penny from me. I'll pay more somewhere else before I'll go there again. Followed me out the door in a threatening manner. Maybe they should look more closely at their staff.

I would like to share an expetrience that will give you some insight into what this company, and it's management, are all about. Let me share a recent experience that had to do with shipping a bottle of wine, valued at $175.00, to California, via UPS. Two weeks ago I went to the Vassar Post Office and was informed that the postal service does not ship wine. But the post office was kind enough to call the Vassar Building Center and ask them is they could ship a bottle of wine, to which they responded yes. So, I was off to the Vassar Building center, we completed the shipping paperwork and the wine was off to our friend in California. Tuesday of this week I received a call from the Vassar Building Center telling my that the they had just been informed by UPS that the bottle of wine we shipped had been damaged in transit. To make matters worse the Vassar Building Center was also informed by UPS that they were not authorized to ship wine, and for that reason the wine was not insured by UPS. Yesterday, I was informed by Mike MacKay and Adam Daugharty that even though UPS would not insure the bottle of wine, it was not my fault that they (Vassar Building Center) were not aware they were not authorized to ship wine, and forthwith handed me a chech for $175.00! THAT my friends is what a stand up company, owned and operated by stand up people, looks like. I makes me proud tp be associated with a such and honorable company.Than ks,Gene Urcan
