If you need to board your dog or cat stop looking and call Rexpointe. They are honestly the best we’ve tried multiple before we were lucky enough to find Rexpointe. They offer group play, individual play, and leashed walks you can opt for 3x activities per day and whatever distribution you want, my basset loves group play and walks. Whenever we are out of town she LOVES going to see her friends at the kennel, and the lady that offers grooming services is also phenomenal. The owner is present often and a really friendly guy and all the staff is so loving and compassionate with your pet. Prices are this facility are fair and the quality of care your pets receive is second to none. I have zero hesitation dropping Mabel off here she doesn’t even want to say goodbye she’s ready to go back and see her buddies! We love Rexpointe and you and your pet will as well! By the way TIP THE STAFF they deserve it!

I'm so thankful for Rexpointe. I take my doggo here because he's fear-aggressive and they have a setup that allows him to be kept separate from other dogs but get the human socialization he needs to help his behavior. Everyone on the staff has been so nice, accommodating and never judge-y about my pitty.I've recently boarded all three of my dogs for a weekend and couldn't be happier with the activities offered, the updates/report cards and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend Rexpointe for daycare or boarding!

My pup had a great time at Rexpointe for a long weekend. They were super easy to communicate with (I prefer email and they were very responsive) and book/pay, plus reasonable prices. I loved that photos were posted daily of all the dogs, and I could see who my pup was playing with. They also sent a "report card" so I could learn more about his stay. Great experience over all!

I absolutely love Rexpointe Kennels! I have used their boarding and daycare services. They only put a couple of dogs together in play group which I love. It’s hard to find a place like Rexpointe and I am very happy I happened to come across it. It is 100% worth the 40 minute drive. I know my Bruno boy is being well taken care of when he is here and he is obviously very happy by the photos they post on their Facebook!😊

Rexpointe Kennels has provided immaculate service for my dog and provided detailed information about stays at their kennel. I would recommend except for Brooke who doesn’t seem to make her customers a priority. She is one of the most unprofessional and rude staff members that I have encountered.

Best kennel experience ever. Just picked up my two dogs from their first day here, and I could not be happier. They are both calm, content, and un-traumatized. Other kennels in the area have returned my dogs anxious messes, smelling of urine. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!!

The check in and check out process is super easy. Was easily able to make the reservation online. My dog came in very nervous, hiding behind me during the check in and I warned the staff that he is very fearful and nervous in new situations. When I came to pick him up, Vader was very happy and even made sure to run behind the counter to say goodbye to his new friends. I love the flexible drop off and pick up hours and seeing the photos of him everyday on Facebook.

My puppy absolutely loves going to Rex pointe. I love the fact it is family owned and the staff takes care of all the pets with genuine love. I am impressed by the fact they will only have maximum 4-6 dogs at a time for group play. This ensures safety and also for the dogs make friends easier. They don’t have camera installed in the stalls but they always post photos from the day and it is good enough for me. I also call to check how my dog is doing and they are always so thorough in sharing how he is. The biggest proof is my dog absolutely LOVES going to Rexpointe. He runs in the building with tails wagging into the arms of the wonderful staff. All in all, I am so grateful for this place! Thank you Rexpointe! I highly recommend this place!

We love Rexpointe! We have a 15 month old westie and we do daycare and boarding at Rexpointe. The staff takes great care of him; theyʻre excited to see him every time we drop him off which makes us so happy! Weʻve been doing daycare and boarding for our pup at Rexpointe since he was 8 months old, so the staff watched him grow up. We are very grateful to Rexpointe because they help us raise our westie and we know he's well taken care of.

I had to change my review about this place from 4 stars with a couple of concerns to 5 stars and a compliment because of the highly professional way the owner replied swiftly to my concerns, which is kind of unusual for me to do as a local guide, but this owner deserved a second chance and a 5 star review.They always groomed my dog well and the staff is nice.I'll continue bringing my dog to themI highly recommend this place.

This place was highly recommended by my neighbor for grooming. Called to get an appointment, I was told my dog needs a flu shot. Went to the vet, took care of that. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly after sending proof of vaccination - great. Brought the dog in, the place was pretty busy, which usually is a good sign to me.The groomer came out and I asked for a winter cut for my bernadoodle. She said they will trim his face around the eyes etc, which to me is part of the winter cut so I didn't protest or anything.After approx 3 hrs I got a call he was ready and that there would be a $60 fee for today.Went to pick up my dog, and all that was done were face, paws and fanny and overall brushing. I hear a comment that "he is now ready for a cut". This is why I brought him in and I did ask for a winter cut.All of the sudden everyone in the office jumped on me trying to fix the situation saying that they recommend face, paws and fanny as a first service for a puppy. Now I feel like I am the problem.I wouldn't mind working with them to get my dog used to grooming, but manage my expectations. Tell me that before the service is done. So much communication about the vaccine and what "their" needs are but zero communication about my needs as a customer.I was not offered anything to fix this situation. Apparently I am guilty of miscommunication and now I need to schedule the next service.I would expect they would at least give me a discount for the next service or any token of good faith, or something. I felt bad for the groomer, but how everyone handled it I left with the feeling I created the problem, which is not how a customer should leave.

Probably one of the best places we have boarded our pups. Not only are they personable, but they remember returning customers and the pups! The place is massive, so much room for them play and run. They even have access to a door that will let them go outside when they need to do their business lol or just want to lay outside. GREAT STAFF! Always very sweet and genuinely very happy. Another thing I love about this place is that they post pictures of your pups on their fb so you can see them while your gone and see what they are up to. Every picture they've taken our pups are smiling. They are unbelievable and a great find! My father recommended them and now we won't go anywhere else. They take excellent care of your babies (pups) and make you feel assured and relaxed with updates!! You even get a report card for the pups when you pick them up!!! Love this place!!

Have done boarding and grooming for my three dogs thus far with Rexpointe and I'm absolutely loving their services! My dogs have never had anyone else groom them but me (in all honesty, I haven't done such a good job at staying on top of it either so they're not used to being groomed; thus, it was time for me to come to terms with the fact that I needed to find someone else to do it for me). I was super nervous for them and the groomer but I'm so glad I found Rexpointe as shockingly, there seemed to be no issues whatsoever the two times they've been groomed here. Hurray! I've also utilized their boarding services for a little over a week trip. All three of my dogs seemed content and well taken care of during their stay. They posted daily pictures of them which I appreciated greatly! They also provided me with super cute report cards for each one of them via their portal site at the end of their stay. Overall, they seem to know what they're doing and are on top of things. Highly recommend as I will definitely be utilizing their services from now on. Thank you Rexpointe for a peace of mind!

I go to interview for a position last week and have experience working in kennels. When you walk in there is a nice store with pictures of dogs on the wall. The staff were courteous. After getting a tour and having my interview I was very pleased. The place was very clean and people there genuinely believed in the mission. It passes the gold standard in that I would be OK with boarding my dog here if need be. I didn’t get the job due to scheduling conflicts but I highly recommend this location.

Great place to have your dog spend the day if housesitters are in short supply! Our little girl (who doesn't like other dogs) was taken care of in a private kennel and treated to a couple private walks around the extensive campus on their network of trails, all for a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back again!

Great kennel! This kennel has great staff and service. Very reasonable pricing. I used this location for my GSD who can be very anxious, they took great care of her. I highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to accept debit cards or some sort of electronic payments.

I love this place. We have brought all of our dogs here through the years and feel so comfortable doing so knowing that our dogs will be treated nicely. They have always been very professional and courteous. They offer many services when your dog is boarded with them. Ours always gets a "pawdicure" and grooming every time. Summer can be hard to schedule sometimes because everyone is going on vacation but the office staff is great with helping you out with this. Our dogs love going there too. Once they realize where they are, they leave us without a look back. (If you're missing your pet, they post pictures of all the fur babies on their Facebook page.)

I absolutely love bringing my dogs to Rexpointe! We have tried other kennels and they are simply not Rexpointe! My dogs are always eager and enthusiastic to get out of the car when we arrive. The staff are so kind, I can tell they genuinely care about the animals in their care. The facility is VERY clean, my dogs never have that “kennel smell.” I will always choose Rexpointe as their home away from home.

We love Rexpointe and so does our dog. We have used the boarding, daycare regularly, and grooming. The staff takes amazing care of him each day. The groomers are patient and do a lovely job. The owner is very down to earth and makes sure that your dog is happy.I love that my dog has his own run that is frequently opened throughout the day. They always have fresh water. He also gets a walk and outside play time either alone or with a group. They include food when boarding or you can bring your own.Most of all my dog is so happy to go there. Tail wagging and excited. It’s his home away from home.

We have tried several day cares with our Siberian husky and we're always disappointed. Then we found Rexpointe. Absolutely amazing!We were impressed from day one. Our husky goes 2x / week to socialize. It is an hour round drive from our home but well worth it. Staff and care are unbelievable. A great find

I am specifically reviewing their grooming services. I have not used their boarding or daycare.They did a great job of grooming my puppy, who I’m sure isn’t the easiest to deal with. But she came out looking just as I had hoped. They finished quicker than I expected and the price was very reasonable. Overall, we had a good experience at Rexpointe.
