Trying to fill my husband's pain meds for his back surgery and they never contacted me to tell me they didn't have enough and could not partially fill it. In fact they had me come back in 15 minutes so they could fill it. They then told me that they didn't have enough and they said he would have to wait a full week from receiving the prescription to fill it. They didn't tell me when I could have contacted the doctor. I wouldn’t recommend this place or pharmacy to anyone. The entire staff in the pharmacy is so rude and they always have an attitude problem. Their manager isn’t much better either. She calls you to “handle” a situation, and then gets extremely rude with you on the phone. I have had continuous issues with this pharmacy not filling my prescriptions that are necessary for daily survival. They give me some excuse each time even though it’s something I’ve been taking for years. I have dealt with their abuse for over 8 months. They gave me continuous issues about my sons medicine and at one point refused to fill it because it was 2 days off from them being able to do it. We were about to leave for vacation in a few days and at that point I had to have it sent to Rite-Aid and it was handled with no issues. Be really weary when choosing this location because you’ll just get a headache afterwards. If you want to ensure you have your medicine, and you have it on time, GO ELSEWHERE.

Brenda, the pharmacy manager, went out of her way to get my husband's prescription at a cheaper rate. She was so kind and took her time despite being busy.

Cashiers and managers need more training to know and learn walgreens policies when it comes to everything pretty much! Especially coupons, they tell you different things every time, make up whatever they want or think is right, it is so annoying. I understand they're doing whats right and trying not to get into trouble or fired but, please be accurate with what you're telling a customer they can and cannot do because it's confusing, time consuming and ruins a shopping trip!

i had my sleeping newborn in the car w/ me in the parking lot & called to see if they had his formula because i went to 5 other stores trying to find it. the lady refused to go look & told me to just call back in a half hour. first time here & didn’t even go in, definitely won’t be back. she didn’t wanna do her job, smh.

If I could give them no stars I would. What a joke. The older lady manager was extremely rude to me and all I did was question a price that is online for half off and actually said it was valid in the stores as well. She refused to honor it and snapped at me and my young son! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

I broke my collar bone, fractured three ribs and tweaked my hip. The doctor I seen wrote me a prescription and I filled it. From there the doctor told me I needed to go to the hospital. The hospital decided they had no one to do the right things I needed, put me in a sling, wrote a prescription because now I have to go at least two or three days until I can see the surgeon. I need to have it surgically fixed! I can no longer drive so my sister who works all week said she would go fill it so I didnt have to worry about how it was going to be taken care of after the first one was gone. They didnt right big scripts they are a handful or so each. The lady at the drive thru rudely told my sister she wouldnt fill it. Take it some where else to be filled if he wants it he should have plenty from the first prescription still and he can wait if he wants it from there for a couple more days. The first filled script was 12 pills so not a whole lot. Now when those are gone and I have no way to get the other one filled its going to be a really big issue. She also made me feel like Im a crackhead. I have how many fractures and brakes? Im trying to keep my pain at bay so I can bare it until I see the surgeon. I have very good insurance I work for the railroad. I will be switching pharmacies over this. You have lost a good customer.
