We camped here for 3 days so we could explore the area and rock hound the nearby beaches. It was beautiful. We didn't realize how nice the beach and lake would be right at the campground, so we didn't plan accordingly and didn't get to utilize much. The owners were very kind and accommodating. They remembered who we were and asked about our excursions. We will definitely be back and stay longer. Great location, friendly people.

We stayed in cabin 4 for one week. The grounds and the cabin were very clean. The pier that I used for my boat was well maintained. The swimming area in front was clean and sandy. It was quiet at night and the loons could be heard on the lake in the mornings. We will be back.

There was an error with our reservations and we didn't get the cabin we originally reserved. Cassandra called to let us know of the error but assured us that we would have a cabin for our weekend stay at the same price as quoted. Much to our surprise it was a larger cabin! Our 2:30am arrival was pleasant as we just walked in and had comfy beds ready to jump in. The cabin was clean and inviting. It was basically set up like a house with the necessities. One of the best parts was walking up to the sunrise over the lake! Beautiful!

If you want to get AWAY for the weekend, and you want to go "Up North" pun intended, Krupps Resort is the ideal get away for the weekenders. Located right on the trails. Next to some of the cleanest, and well stocked lakes containing, trout, whitefish, walleye, bass, pan-fish. The owner is a peach, and she goes to the ends of the earth to make sure her guest are satisfied. Truly a good value experience.Inner city people need not apply, they wouldn't get the rustic experience. (even with amenities)

Not only are the owners some of the best people that you will meet but the whole community as well. Our friends chihuahua ran away and the whole community chipped in to find her.We stayed in the camping area. We had full hook up. If they are booked and you only need electric, they can probably help you out. If you don't need any hookup they WILL have a place for you since they have a HUGE mowed field.Homemade pasties are a short distance away, ice cream too!BTW... we found Roxie, the chihuahua, after 3 days!

We attended a graduation party there this past weekend, so cannot speak to the overall service. The facility appeared well kept. The one cabin we toured look like a decent place to stay. Had three bedrooms, slept seven, living room, kitchen and two baths. I'll keep this in mind when have a group of friends visiting.

Good value cabin right on the lake. Not fancy, but like going to Grandma's, if she lived on a lake and had a fire pit in the backyard. There is a boat dock you could fish from. You can swim, but we didn't. Multiple cabins to select from. For a quick supper you can buy hot pasties at the store just a few hundred feet away, come back and eat lake side.

The cabins are clean, smell good. Location is great. Casandra & her family do such a good job making you feel at home.Located close to trail 3, krupps mini mart and Omers golf course and restaurant.The lake views are amazing anytime of the year

Great place to stay, close to snowmobile trails. Small convienance store about a block away. My only things I didn't like was there was some black mold above our shower in the bathroom. Also didn't like the fact we couldn't get access to ride our sleds on the lake.

Had the opportunity to rent an RV spot at Krupps and had a positive experience for the entire time we were there. (14 days) The parking area has plenty of room to get our 35 foot 5th wheel in. Water in the RV park area had great pressure, and tastes good. Trash cans next to sites are continuously emptied. We requested an extension of our stay and although we had to move because of a prior existing reservation we were given the option of another site. We were able to enjoy the resorts little beach, swam out to the floating dock and was able to jump off cannon ball style into the water (plenty deep enough) there is also a floating mat type of water "toy" we swam and layed on.The wifi was a little weak at our RV but expected as we were in a rural area and in all actuality should have been spending more time enjoying the water.Cassandra, the owner and property manager did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Bonus... Krupps little store on the edge of the property but on the highway, has FRESH Pasties daily, numerous U.P. exclusive items, alcohol sales, and convenience store items.Highly recommend Krupps for RV parking.

Great place. Well kept. Don't expect a 5 star resort but u will find some cozy clean cabins across the street from the trail and next to a gas station/ party store with hot food and nice people. Everything u need is right there. Great place to ride

Stayed two nites with gf and dog. New owners of the resort(as of early 2018) are very nice and accommodated our 6 hour early arrival. The places were very clean and right on the water. Shore was sandy and great for swimming. When it rained the third day we decided to leave early and they didnt charge us a cancellation fee and refunded me the third day! Youd never get that service at a chain hotel. I'll def. be back.The Krupps store (different owners than resort) as always is great. Has just about everything you need and the pasties are excellent.People should be clear what thier posting reviews on....the resort or the store.

My family has been going here for years! Always a good time when staying at Krupps! Just a great staff and owners! Great place to get in the trails for snowmobiles. Oh and don’t forget to get a delicious pasty! You ain’t a Yooper Trooper if you ain’t had a pasty!

Ughhh.On a positive note, we had a roof over our head. And the "cabin" was clean."Cabin" 5 is an outdated trailer, inside and out. I can look past the "vintage" 60's style furniture and decor, but not; holes in walls, spongy sub-flooring, worn linoleum, broken window, duct tape repairs, scarred paneling, and leaky plumbing. Just to name a few.Their website says they offer outdoor recreation. Better said, they are located in an area that offers those activities.This place is more suitable for the hunting, fishing and snowmobile groups but not family tourists.The "Cabin" 5 experience was not worth the $150 per night I paid.For some reason, I'm not allowed to post pictures of the damage. You can verify my claims, if you feel like spending a lot of $$$ to stay in Cabin / Trailer #5

A great little store that has anything you could need. Love the breakfast burritos (which are made fresh), they are a generous size too for only a few bucks! Keeps you warm on a cold sled day...recommend for a pit stop.

Stayed in cabin 10, right next to the office. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms served our group perfectly. Kitchen was great to have but a pizza cutter and dish washing items were missing.The girl in the office was very friendly and helpful, thank you for the great service!

The store was so well stocked with a variety of items. Fresh made pasties daily which are amazing! Owners are so nice! Right off of the snowmobile trail so it was super convenient.

Cabin was very out dated and in need of repair but very clean. Only one outlet per room. The cost I paid would have gotten me a very nice hotel room if they hadn't all been booked. Over all it served its purpose of a place to sleep.

What memories are made of- fun for all ages. Beautiful creek right across the street, take the kids looking for copper or if they'd be interested. We used to find A BUNCH!

We love snowmobiling in the UP and Krupps is a well known resort amongst riders who frequent the area who have nothing but good things to say about the place and the proprietors!
