Why would you buy wine anywhere else. Here's what'll happen if you go somewhere else, you stand there and guess what you might like. Average enough? Sure, but that will be the same experience over and over again. When you go to P. & E. Bottle Shop you get recommendations based on things you actually like. Ellie is so good at hosting the guests. My wife and I love to come here for a treat and especially one of Ellie's recommendation. The warmest staff imaginable, and 100% on recommendations. I've never had a bottle I did not adore. Thanks for being there for us!

Fantastic little bottle shop. Lots of Kermit Lynch and other great importers. Ellie is the best. I just email her and tell her what I'm looking for and she has recommendations picked out for me when I get there. And her recommendations are spot on. I really love this shop.

Amazing selection, even better than most of the shops I normally find in Chicago. They’re also incredibly friendly and helpful if you’re a wine novice and you just need a great bottle.

Drove 1.5 hours to get here and it was absolutely worth it! If you like extensive wine selections and incredibly helpful and kind people you should shop here. If you like poor selections and mean people you should shop somewhere else.
