i've been getting prescriptions filled at this CVS for years but will be switching mine and my familys precriptons to walgreens because the staff here is incredibly rude.

I enjoy shopping here. The items are always up to date and stylish. Make up is easy to find and the large selection. I highly recommend you set up an account and e joy the rewards and perks. Management knows what they are doing and I am so happy I can count on their service and help to make my shopping experience a bliss.

Horrible customer service. My husband was there at 6:01 to get his prescription. They closed the gate in his face. Since he could still see them he asked if he could get his prescription because he was flying out in the morning. They asked his name. He thought they were going to get it for him but instead they told him they transferred it to Adrian. Would have taken the exact same amount of time to hand over the already filled script.

Refuse to fill my mother's prescription after the doctor called it in because they thought she was a pill addict but she just had knee replacement surgery. Dr calls The pharmacy and says to refill it they say she just got one filled The doctor replies yeah at the hospital she just had a knee replacement surgery needless to say moved all prescriptions for her and my father to Costco this place is a joke we'll be getting none of my family or friends business anymore

There's a reason why the Tecumseh CVS has higher reviews then the Adrian one. When my sons medication spilled a pharmacist at the adrian location (not this one) laughed at me. The pharmacist at this location immediately offered to make calls to get my son the the antibiotic he needed. I appreciate them helping in what was an extremely stressful situation.

This is a busy pharmacy but they are always pleasant. Also more than willing to help me figure out a coupon card for my expensive medication. Both Barb RPh and Reagan Pharm Tech were great! Thank you.

I came in this morning before work to check on my prescription and the manager was cashing out the door directly in front of me never acknowledge my existence. The pharmacist looked up Sammy never acknowledged me to girls were standing talking about how they had so much work to do and didn’t know what they were going to do first and did not acknowledge my existence in the third employee was talking to a delivery person not notice I was there but once she did walked away from me and then was making excuses

The staff is incredibly friendly, and much more knowledgeable than the average pharmacist.The head pharmacist, Labinot, is INCREDIBLY good at his job. He is not only great at customer service, but goes out of his way to try to find coupons and programs to bring the price of non-generic prescriptions down to an even more affordable rate.I have never had a better experience dealing with a pharmacy.

I had an amazing experience at the Tecumseh CVS today. I dont shop at CVS often so I was just cruising the aisles trying to find a few things. 3 people offered to assist, asked what I was looking for, walked me to exactly what I needed. Very friendly and happy to help. Thank you to all the ladies there. It made my day!

So many people have had issues with this store but when I walk in, the service is awesome! I don't get it. If you have a problem with the store, rather than complaining online, talk with the manager and get a resolution figured out. The manager interactions I've had have all been great so far. If for any reason my opinion changes I'll change this rating!

the cashiers are super super nice every one of them including the managers.. I have never seen them be rude to a single customer, they always try to help you if something goes wrong and they are soooo friendly

Terrible service all around. It takes way too long to get help in the store. I would rather go to a different city to make my CVS purchase. This is the only CVS store that I've had problems with.
