My son had surgery and an emergency medicine was called in for him. They called me to let me know some circumstances around the medicine, one of them being they didn't have it in stock. After explaining what was happening, the lady asked if she wanted me to call the Hill Road location to see if they had it in shock. Absolutely! She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back to say it was in stock and she would put notes in the file to make sure it would be filled sooner rather than later. Wonderful!Now, on the other hand, horrible customer service at the Hill Road location. It ended with a 10 minute search for my ID she threw in the bin to find it covered in black grease with offering only attitude and a half sheet of paper towel.

This pharmacy has the employees and the know-how since it staffs like 10+ people to get prescriptions out to people as soon as they come in but for people who need their meds right away I would not use this pharmacy... They take hours and hours and not only that, they always bill insurance the wrong way or not at all. Totally unprofessional and mostly rude. Saving grace is their actual pharmacists not the techs who help make our lives a living hell.. don't go if you don't have to...

Usually my experience is okay, but I ordered my prescription like two weeks ago so I could get it before I am gone for a month, usually they text me when it’s ready, never did, I ordered it again and called to see if it was ready and the lady interrupted me multiple times, and said “it’s ready” and hung up. I get if you’re busy but seriously come on..

I’ve been with this pharmacy for years. They almost always have great staff and customer service. They are a busy location so sometimes waits both outside and inside can be a little longer. And once in a while they only have a partial fill, but they usually have the rest of the script ordered and in by the next day. They are great to answer any questions or concerns.

Customer service here is unmatched. I’ve spoken to multiple people on multiple shifts and each time they’ve met me with kindness, follow through, and have been informative. I’m very happy with pharmacy choice.

I always shop at meijer, for the past 10+ years never had 1 bad experience. Until today. I don't write bad reviews but this pharmacy tech needs to be fired. I will be calling management. personal info yelled so anyone in the waiting area can hear, there were 4 people put ahead of us for our second covid vaccine. Even though we were here first and to top it all off this girl is rude enough to not even look at you while she talks down too you. Some people should never work with the public

The pharmacy has several people working and are slow as hell. We registered for COVID vaccine and make an appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early only to be told they couldn’t find our registration. Yet the system is texting us while we’re there. Their excuses are the system is new and it’s having problems. No accountability. We could have done a walk-in and receive the same bad service. I should have stuck with Walgreens where I received mine. 10 minutes from my car to my shot.

I was picking up a prescription for a family member who regularly uses the pharmacy, and two of the employees were talking negatively about a customer who called with questions. When I called earlier that day to check and see if the prescription was ready, the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude as well. I don't normally post reviews, but I felt in this case it was necessary. If you are going to talk negatively about customers, at least do it quietly so that the people in the waiting area can not hear your conversation. Or not at all, maybe?

5/22/19 Great job today! Mohammed really helped me with my order. I had 1 prescription to pick up and 2 to drop off and when I said I can come back tomorrow because they looked very busy, He said it would be no problem to get them ready right away. He had everything ready for me in less than ten minutes while dealing with other (some less friendly) customers. Kudos Mo and the other employees working this a.m.

When I first started filling my scripts here I had no issues. I have been fortunate enough to have 3 insurances for a while. The past year has been a nightmare trying to get them to bill correctly. They have charged me multiple times for medications that were supposed to be covered. Everytime it is brought to their attention they are rude and tell me they can't bill 3 insurances. Which they can, they have to call the third insurance to bill it. Today I went to pick up a prescription, Jospehine was working the drive thru; as I went to pay for my script I asked if both of my Blue cross insurances had been billed. She told me that she cant bill a major insurance company twice. I said "yes you can, but okay". SHE THREW THE PHONE ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY! The pharmacist then looked through the computer to figure out what's going on. One insurance pays for a 90 day and the other pays for a 30 day. I told the pharmacist that that was all she had to tell me, she didn't need to throw the phone. All he said was "okay". Who's running the show now, the technicians or the pharmacist? I have never ever in my life seen something so unprofessional and I work in a doctors office! I went to school for billing, I know what you can and cannot bill.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are incompetent and have given me so many problems refilling my prescriptions. I just wasted my time waiting in line to get to the front only to be told the computers are down so come back in 20. I’ve been alerted my meds were ready via text only to drive there and be told it won’t be filled until the next day. If you want to be forced to go days without your medication and if you like being frustrated every single time you fill a prescription then this is the pharmacy for you!

Very rude! Dropped off my husband's prescription for his broken shoulder and she told me 30 mins or longer...really you have no one here waiting for a prescription, the Hill rd pharmacy called and told you I was on my way and you have no compassion what so ever for patients. With working at diplomat pharmacy for over 3 years that girl would never make it. So rude. I think it even hurt her toput a smile of her face. Never again will I be filling my prescriptions here. I will be moving to a family owned pharmacy as they will have more compassion and have a smile on there face for their patients.

Not good. I pick up my dog’s medication here and she’s been on it for over a year. The vet had called it in and they apparently don’t check their voicemail...they claimed it wasn’t called in. Went back the next day after calling the vet and they still didn’t have it. They FINALLY checked messages after we inquired about it and said they received it. When we finally received our dog’s medication and paid for it, the notification on the pay pad asked if we were satisfied with our service...I clicked no as this has been quite the ordeal (with no fault of our vet...this was on them), the pharmacy tech Josephine laughed. Really? You care that little about your poor service?

The staff is friendly and courteous, some antibiotics are no cost, regardless of insurance coverage. However, the drive thru window is rarely operational, so plan on going inside for your medicine. (Not ideal if you are sick or injured.)

I would give no stars if had option. Pharmacist told my disabled Mother the insurance couldn't fill prescription today. Total bull. I spoke to insurance company and they said pharmacy never even tried to fill script because it could have been filled. Now she has to find a way to get prescription tomorrow. It is very difficult for her to go into town. I usually run her errands but I just had major surgery.

Every time I visit this location the service I receive is INCREDIBLE! It's almost as if I'm ishopping in "yester years" ! Smiles and "Can I help you's" are abundant. I LOVE shopping there. The managers realize just how important making customer satisfaction, number one, really is. MOST of the associates seem to enjoy their jobs AND are eager to assist my needs WITH a smile and sincerity. THANK YOU, Meijer in Swartz Creek!!!DH

Constantly have problems here. They take several hours to fill prescriptions and today as I wrote this I've been in line waiting for no kidding 45 minutes even though my prescription was sent in at 10 am. They had a snake line and the window for drive up was out of service. Durand rite aid has my scripts ready within 10 mins.

I have used this Meijer pharmacy for years with NO problems. They have been short staffed due to Covid and have had trouble finding help like the rest of the country, but always took care of me. I highly recommend them!

Run. Run as fast as you can and go elsewhere! Meijer Pharmacy was like a bad boyfriend. I kept going back and every time they were terrible and disappointing. Go elsewhere as fast as you can!

There are 5 people in pharmacy and only two girls working counter and window. The window has 4 cars waiting and the counter has 10 people waiting. This has become a common issue here at the Swartz Creek store
