Truly love the store, love the staff, my only complaint is the strong air freshener smell. It would be hard for anyone with a chemical sensitivity to be in there very long without reaction. It often gives me a headache. Otherwise, great store. Fix the smell!

I am a big DG shopper especially this one. I think the staff that I have encountered is wonderful. Always courteous and helpful. I know in the present state that our world is in it can be trying for everyone. Thank you to the staff for their dedication and making it possible for us to shop.

Best Place in Spring Arbor to buy a few grocery type items. Staff is professional and courteous. Prices are half what you would pay next door at Hutch's. Never shop at Hutch's. Eventually, they will go under, and perhaps someone with a brain can move a new store into their empty space.😏

I came home and noticed I had another customer's bag with a few items in it. I called the spring arbor location probably 10 times and I kept getting a recording saying they were busy helping other customer's.When I was in the store I asked what the sign that read pink, red dots and dots with no color were $1She had not a clue and the other cashiers or whatever their titles were were no where to be found.I REALLY want to return these items to the store but I won't have the car until Tuesday so IF the store can allow the customer this stuff who belongs to to get it now......I promise I'll bring their items back on Tuesday. I pray some1 with some pull can reach the workers and or managers regarding this so that customer doesn't go w/o IF they come back in the mean time

The man who is the manager is so rude to everyone. A man walked in and had picked up some trash in the parking lot and handed it to the manager to throw away and instead of thanking him for picking it up he rudely said " do I look like the trash man". I told him since it was in his stores parking lot maybe he should thank him instead. This manager is the main reason why I hardly ever go into this Dollar General. He has no idea what customer service is.

came in saturday afternoon for snap blade style razor knife.. i was installing carpet. bought 4 blades all 4 were dull and useless buy the time i had my one room of carpet laid. handy they have the blades. but if they spent 10% more on quality blades i would have gladdly payed double for them.

The morning manager is super nice and helpful. He always has a smile and helps with anything you can't find. Very clean and organized. Most dollar generals aren't.

Older man was checking us out today with no face mask and while I was checking out he sneezed right in front of me and seemed to think it was funny. I had face mask and gloves on. Why are there employee's not protected.

Honestly this is a good store, no issues with clerks or anything, the aisles are kind of tight but it’s a small building, they have a lot of items as well. I shop here for small on the go items!

This store has sweats for adults from 7.00-10.00 depending on your size!😊 Pants, pullovers and hooded w zipper! Awesome price!!

Dollar General's late hours have come in handy more than once. They manage to fit all the necessities in from frozen pizza to underwear, and prices are great

Overhead a conversation between a lady who was calling themselves "drive line" or something along those lines, and what I assume to be the manager. The lady went to ask the manager a question and they walked off and went outside to smoke. Very unprofessional to someone who is supposed to be a manager towards anyone reguardless of title or status. Wont be coming back unless they are talked to

Not enough staff working, one was very nice, others were very rude! The store is very messy, and unorganized, forget it! Glad I don't live in this area!
