I think that this is a great example of what it means to deal with the public. I've had nothing but good experiencesThey call me by name. Always concerned about the Medication that I take spending extra time on explaining things to me. The interactions of my Rx's. After dealing with the public for 46 years I appreciate going to the pharmacy for my prescriptions

I've been using this pharmacy for years but no more. They have the worst customer service, no patience for their customers and the slowest response time of any pharmacy I've been too. The out of pocket cost to their customers is outrageous. Their staff show no empathy at all for any complications that arise for their customers, whether it's a doctor's error, insurance error or just their own shear incompetence. And God forbid as a consumer you make a mistake, it will cost you your prescription for the day. Save yourself the time. Save yourself the money. Save your self the embarrassment. Go somewhere else.

I kind of get a prescription and they say it's done when I get there they tell me they never even had it filled gas prices are high in even at regular prices it's bad to us because my husband's in dialysis I need gas to run back and forth. Also your prescriptions are either never called in they say are they haven't seen it so you have to do the whole thing all over again which is not right they're not very prompt when it comes to prescriptions which is really bad for extremely sick patients

RX’s never filled on time. Even after calling to see when it will be ready….it’s not. My RX got sent to Meijer by mistake but I’m getting it sent back to Walmart where you can count on your RX getting filled on time and on the right day so you don’t have to go without.

Meijer pharmacy needs to look into their pharmacy staff. Very bad specially a staff named shadow!! Very rude and attitude when it comes to customers. It feels like they don't care and they are doing you favours by getting ur medicine, it's not free paying for it. I asked to transfer one of the medicine from Walgreen to Meijer and they kept saying you don't have prescription. Before calling them I made sure Walgreen ad my prescription.bottom line lazy and not bothered wants free pay check from meijers. Worst pharmacy in south haven. Staff worst,meijers needs to look into this!! If it wasn't for patients buying medicine they won't be open nor getting paycheck. I would recommend Walmart or WalgreensI hope someone from meijers corporate reads this and take action. Giving bad name to meijers south haven michigan

Had the most horrible experience with a pharmacy today. I called in to make sure my meds were ready, I got a text saying they were ready... did this two days in a row and both times I show up and my meds are not ready. They tried blaming my doctor who called in twice and told me they couldn't release my meds anyway.. why? ... again saying it was my drs. fault. The woman at the window gave me an attitude and the other kid next to her had no idea what he was doing or what was going on. This is what happens when you hire incompetent people! I am no longer a customer of this place I will NEVER go back! Everytime I went in for meds I always had an issue with them.. What is going on with Meijer pharmacy? What is so complicated about doing their job? >;< Seriously Meijer you need to get rid of that woman at the pharmacy window, dark brown wavy hair with the attitude problem. Needs a new staff with better manners and who gives people solutions instead of more problems. Do they get these people at the insane asylum to work for them? Who are these rude people? So sad to see people like that work at what I use to consider a top notch store. -_-

I don't know what has happened over the last 6 months but the Pharmacy has gone completely down hill. In the last 12 hours I have been given 3 different times a prescription will be ready. I talked to them today and they moved to to be ready on Sunday because I called and talked to them again. This was the final straw and I will no longer have Meijer fill any prescriptions. If I can't even talk to my pharmacist with out received reprisal than I cannot trust them. I am not a rude person and will just take my business else where. For your sake I wouldn't give yourself this headache. This Pharmacy was so amazing and has completely gone down hill.

Not willing to work with people on their needs and are not willing to own up to their own mistakes. They have been blocking my prescriptions for over two months now and are blaming my doctor for it. My doctor has tried repeatedly to get them to hand over the medication and then they try to charge me twice what it should be with the coupon they were told to use.I am really shy and try not to make anyone upset, so when I simply asked about it and the pharmacy technician got really defensive and rude, I could not even speak on what I needed.This medicine was one of the first methods they are using to rule out a potentially life threatening condition, and Meijer pharmacy is treating it like a game. I’m not impressed and I’ll be switching soon.

Well, here’s the problem. I’ve called and they have said they have my prescription. When I show up they don’t have it.I have received the text message saying “ready for pickup” and it was not.They’ll answer the phone and be super friendly then, but there is no follow up or follow through. For example; I needed a prescription transferred and they said it would be done that day. 10days later-I still don’t have my inhaler-which is sort of needed to survive.I guess I’m going to try Walgreens in town?

My prescription expired. There was a mix up at my doctor's office. They thought that they sent the prescription to Meijer in South Haven but it didn't go through. Long story short, the pharmacist at Meijer went above and beyond to work with me to get the meds I needed. I will never go to any other pharmacy. They were a life saver. God bkess.

Since my last review of this pharmacy 3 years ago, the staff and service has really come a long way. Previously the staff were rude, and made going to the pharmacy a dreadful experience....now it seems they've got a good team working together and I no longer dread having to pick up my meds.

Worse pharmacy and sad when Walmart is down the road and has horrible service. Call to have prescriptions filled at opening time at 9 am. Said it would be ready around noon. That is unacceptable. This has happened several time last few months. Then when you get there after receiving text and still not ready which was 1220. If they are that busy then maybe they need another pharmacist. At minimum they need some good management over the pharmacy. Bad part is the pharmacist is the manager so alot of good that does when they are obviously the problem. If they can't get better maybe they should hang up the pharmacy business.

I started putting my prescriptions through online rather than calling them in to refill them. In the past, I’ve needed a prescription same day and they’ve told me they could have it. Then I get there and oh, we won’t have it until tomorrow morning. I’ve found that if I submit my order online and select “ASAP” that I get my prescription same day. They’re pretty easy to deal with. I had a GoodRX coupon that I used one day and they had to reprocess my order, so I had to leave for about 15 minutes and come back. But it saved me $40, so I didn’t really care that I had to come leave and come back. It’s definitely nice that your prescriptions go towards your mperks. That’s the only reason I switched to this pharmacy.

I had a psychiatric prescription sent to the Meijer in South Haven by my psychiatrist because my mail order was really messing me around in getting my prescription to me because I was close to running out. My expectation was that I could get it yet that day. Called them, yes it is ready. Go to get it. We don’t have one for you. Yes, we’ll have it for you tomorrow morning. Go to get it. No we don’t have one for you. Evidently she had one, said she’d have it ready in an hour. Go back. No prescription. By this time I was out of the med and she doesn’t have the prescription. After holding up the drive up line for a good 20 minutes, she has found it in the mail order box. We’ll get it ready, we get in the back of the line, again. We get to the window and she says they are out of it: it will be here tomorrow morning. Ok we’ll be there at 8:00. We can’t get it until our order comes. When does it get there. Sometime after 10:00. Getting information is like it was a golden secret available after you waste my time by an hour. By that time I let her know how inept I though the pharmacy staff attending the window was, and I would not be having it filled and would never have another one filled there. I will take my business where they can at least fill it within less than an hour. So much for good relations with your staff, and you have lost 2 customers plus all the other persons I can reach. I, believe it or not, am not a happy camper and no longer a customer!!

Having a bad experience. Came to pick up prescription they said should take about 45minutes. I told them thats fine i have shopping to do. Came back then they said they don't have the full quantity to come back tomorrow perscription will be ready after 1pm. I come back at 5pm and was told it is still not ready because they were shipped late. To come back again tomorrow after 1pm. Luckly I still have some medication.
