I would just like to let you know that the older gentleman who was working this afternoon was very rude. My aunt asked if the was a public restroom she could use and we were told the only one was for employees but they sometimes let people use it. After my aunt left the restroom we decided to leave as we didn't find anything we wanted to purchase. As we left the gentleman said "you're welcome for letting you use our bathroom and not buy anything. Should come in somewhere to use a bathroom and not shop." We had been in the store for a while before we asked about a restroom. If you do not want the public to use your restroom then don't say people can use it when they ask about it. This was my first and now last time in your shop. This incident has now resulted in the loss of a custom.

Buyer beware! I just purchased a beautiful bronze sculpture from this store; however, it wasn't until I got it unboxed and looked at it in better light that I saw it had major damage. I understand that antique stores are "as-is" and I take my share of the blame for not looking at it carefully enough. If I hadn't specifically had a conversation at the check out counter about the bronze and asked whether the gentleman selling it had noticed any major damage, I wouldn't have such a bad taste in my mouth about it. I see now that instead of answering my question he sidestepped to tell me where and what time period he believes it came from. Since the piece was already wrapped and boxed by the time I got to the check out counter, I didn't get a second look at it before purchasing. Was that intentional subterfuge on their part? I'm not sure. But I am sure that now I feel deceived instead of happy about my purchase. So, it is a nice store with interesting items but make sure you examine everything yourself before buying and don't rely on the staff to answer questions for you.

A fun place with a vast selection of random items, clothes, memorabilia, and more. A piano is located at the entrance which is fun to play and you're greeted by friendly staff and a giant grizzly bear. Have fun!

As locals, we've been to this store numerous times. They have a great variety of items but after today's visit, we will not spend any more of our money here or support this business. During conversation at the check out counter, it came up that my fiancee is a Disabled Veteran. The lady looked her up and down, asked her "what's wrong with you?" and then proceeded to express disapproval that she receives income for her disability. My SO explained her conditions but the whole encounter made her feel terrible. The lady's words were incredibly inappropriate, rude and hurtful. No Veteran should be treated this way!

What a great farmers market. They have a bunch of locally owned veggies and of course fruit. Even some great artesian crafts. Or whatever you would call them, lol. All nestled in the beautiful downtown area, where you can find many eateries and bars too. Don't forget about all the unique souvenir shops.

Quirky and clean (little to no dust), impressed! Lots of old things, cool to walk around and explore. Had to tell the little one to keep hands in pockets. Old things can break easily. Well worth the visit! Yay!

Great place to shop! Plenty of antiques, cool vintage stuff, new items that are only found at Eagle Street, and lots of nice affordable home decor. New items come in daily. Very clean and even smells good too! Next time you're in South Haven stop in! I know I do!To the bad reviewers...I agree that everyone deserves second chances. Sometimes we all just have a bad day. There is a lot of hard work that goes into running a business and renting an antique booth.

My wife and I purchased some tables from this antique mall. One of the tables had a small gap between boards on top, we were willing to accept this minor cosmetic imperfection to have a matching set of tables. However we returned the next day to find another matching table without a gap on top. We asked if we could swap out the tables but the owner refused. We feel our request was reasonable given that the table were priced the same and if all of the tables had been on display, we would have chosen the two without the gap. We left feeling disappointed and honestly, a little bit cheated- hence the 1 star review.

Great antique mall...not too big, not too small....wide aisles, all one floor. Lots of variety, everyone should be able to find something! Impressed with prices, seemed reasonable, there were lots of really nice things (furniture, glass, collectibles, rusty). Not a thrift store, definately quality.....and, lol, it smells clean, not musty or like perfume!

This is a "must see" if you go to South Haven. They have unbelievable prices and very unique items. Antiques, mid century, Mich made items and beautiful vintage clothing. Even if you're not interested in shopping you will enjoy strolling thru memory lane.

Very negative experience. My husband's elderly aunt was verbally abused by a female worker/owner. She had over $80 in purchases that a vendor missed out on at the and she left in tears. It was embarrassing and disrespectful.
