A lot of items are not priced at all. Just got charged 5 dollars more than the hand tag price on a hoody. Of course I didn't catch it until after I got home. They give you coupons you'll never be able to use as they 'exclude' all the brands you want.They do have good stuff though!

I usually don't shop here because they are really expensive,but they had some tennis shoes on sale for me that I really liked,there by ASICS $49.99 and had some flannel shirt jackets marketed down to $12.99 for my hubby,he really likes these kind of jacket shirts,here r the pics

Went there to buy a field dress knife set they were sold out but I saw that they had scopes for sale on sale I got me a green dotted scope for my crossbow by dreamscope that is bad to the bone I like it. Had to buy it no ifs ands or buts can pass up the price 3999. Regular price was 5999

Store is kind of clustered. Staff is typically welcoming when you enter the building. They don't seem very knowledgeable about where to find items which is ok. They have tons of clearance items and shoes. Their hunting section is typically pretty well stocked. It does sometimes dwindle a bit but that's usually during hunting season when it should be expected

My wife and I stepped into Dunham's for a hat for myself and a pair of water shoes for her. The store staff were friendly and accommodating and found exactly what we wanted. A nice little place to stop. As Always, Enjoy!

Ouch! Really bad experience! Purchased a gun safe. We were told twice that all the literature and keys were inside the safe. It’s a 54 mile round trip for us. Got home, opened the safe with the temp combination and the safe was empty. After several calls to the store the store manager agreed to next day mail us the paperwork and keys. The store is grossly understaffed and the entire purchase process was a struggle but too long to even describe. So today, we were happy to receive the paperwork and keys in the mail. That would have been the end of the story until we read the handwritten note enclosed:“I apologize for any inconvenience. In the future I recommend you frequent a different Dunham’s Sports; we have a Benton Harbor location that may be close to you.”Not on your everloving life!

I called in ahead to make sure they had a specific tube sled that I wanted and they were kind enough to pull down the last sled and hold it up front for me until I got there Great service, and I am very happy with the tube sled. Don't forget if you're a Farm Bureau Member to have your discount applied.

Very friendly professional staff. All greeted me as I entered the store & very helpful to find what I'm looking for. The younger Hispanic guy was extra helpful & very knowledgeable. Also the big white guy was very helpful even tho he walks as slow as a turtle. Great gun selection not to mention the shoes & just about everything u are looking for. Definitely the best dunham's store I been to which is more than a dozen stores. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. I will definitely be back

Worst Dunhams around. Used to work at one in Kalamazoo so have a pretty good idea of procedures and customer service. Terrible customer service at this location. Have had more than one bad experience here. Most recent needed a different size of cleat and did not have in stock. Asked cashier to call another store to see if they have in stock (when I worked at one in Kzoo we were always calling other stores for customers to see if they had things). Cashier stated they were not allowed to call for customers. When I asked why she stated "they want the customers to do it". Not sure if it's management here or what the deal is. All I know is I have walked out of that store with a "sour taste" more than once.

Zero customer service. Cashier was backed up and other employees there were to busy changing displays. Waited over 15 minutes staring at shoes and not a single "can I help you". No problem, I'll take my business elsewhere. If your not going to have employees available than maybe you should consider having your stock of shoes out for customers to get them on their own.

Alex one of the workers went above and beyond during my visit. I was looking for baseball pants for my son. He went into the back and brought out a pair as they dont have them on display during the off season. Great customer service. He was very genuine and polite.

Doing a return exchange at the Benton Harbor store the manager Melissa was very rude and short not only with me but with one of her employees. Very poor professionalism.

South haven store dont shop here will not honor store chain sales plus no help in gun area. And no ammo in stock wouldn't recommend this store if it was last Dunhams in chain. Benton Harbor is a five star store much better

Nobody waste money here travel the extra 10 minutes to somewhere better this store is always dirty the staff are young fat weird teen girls and some Frankenstein sized weirdo who can't do his job correctly the teen staff literally sit on their phones at the cash register they're loud! And cringey! I'm sorry but there were 3 staff on their phones being loud talking about unwork related things one smelt like weed this store needs fixing.

Good luck trying to find what you're looking for here. Racks in the men's section are so close together you can't navigate without moving racks so full of clothes they fall off when you bump them. Nothing is organized at all, it feels like a rummage sale. The selection is dismal and they don't stock a very good selection outside of the team sports apparel and camo gear.

No help with shoes. Politely asked for a foot sizer but no offer to grab shoes from the back. Got the foot size. Will get shoes elsewhere. UPDATE Went back to try Dunham's out again. Much better experience. Just have to have the right staff apparently. Helped right away.

Was told by the guy working in the gun department that I needed to wear a mask while there were four employees that did not have a mask on. Not that I feel we need to wear a mask. I don't feel it is necessary. Just my opinion. Other than that I like dunhams and shop there often.

Nice clean store employees are super helpful. Normally not a ton of people there unless it's summer time so employees are really able to help you better then most other chain sporting stores.

I went in here yesterday with my Grandson to get him some baseball cleats, What a mistake! We were not even Acknowledged. I had to go up front two times to get a salesperson for help, I got no real help from anyone who was there! Finally a young man came in and was going in a door by us so I asked him for help, Otherwise he would have walked by us also. I will never go in that store again and will make sure others know about it!

I just froze my tail off buying and hauling a large treadmill from Dunham's in South Haven only to get it home and discover it was damaged. So I bring it back to the store and after all my trouble, they couldn't even give me a discount to make me a happy customer! They suggested that I try Walmart or Meijers!!!! What happened to the customer being first???

Went to buy pants. Asked to use the dressing room the cashier said " Let me ring these people up and I will unlock it for you.", 32 minutes later I hung up the pants and left the store, never getting the chance to try them on. This store is severely understaffed. Been in at least 20 times in the last 6 months and getting any help is like pulling teeth.
