Everything was perfect. From the air machine to the bathrooms! A delight to do buisness with as EVERY SINGLE PERSON working there was cheerful and equally helpful. Clean, clean, clean. Found our snacks and back on the road!! Happy to come back EVERY time we are in town. We go out of our way to have a pleasant "drain and fill" on our road trips up north. 5 stars but wish there was more.P.s Subway here was awesome too.Lunch?BAM!Breakfast? BAM!Coffee? On point!Whoever runs this place has an eye for detail and a heart for customer service.Makes me wish there was a pilot closer to me in Ann arbor like this one.

My daughter got into a situation and Lou was her angel. She made sure my daughter was safe and her ride was there. She greets her customers with a smile and the store is clean and welcoming. She was my daughters angel that night. Thank you so very much.

Best staff at a gas station I've ever been too. Always friendly. Always helpful. And understanding. The showers are clean and they're always willing to give me extra towels. Love this gas station.

There is no option for zero star I’m very disappointed with their decision of Stop Trailer Dropping Policy this is a disturbing decision for TRUCK DRIVERS AND COMPANIES I request companies to find other options for fueling because if we choose them for our fuel stop and then at same time we need to find other places for trailer drop and other things that’s ……….. i don’t wanna say hello Pilot OWNERS think add about your decision ?😔😔😔😔😔😔

Tried to stop for a quick fill up before crossing the border.Pay at the pump. Pump would not take my pin number. Says it will unless its a credit card?! Cant get any safer than using a pin. Instead it asks for zip code. Well. I live in Canada and yea that does not work. So, go inside to pay. Asks me how much fuel i want. Tell the cashier i will fill it and I dont know how much it will take...no go. Must tell them an amount. So I guess an amount and get a receipt. Cashier says any difference not used will go back on my card. Of course i have to come back inside to get yet another receipt when done filling.No thanks.Get pin technology. Most stations, even in the US have it now.Not convenient and annoying.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating when our motorhome broke down at their pumps. Welcomed us to park it in their lot overnight while we made repair arrangements. Nice showers, very clean.

Well my experience wasn't very good,,I paid 18 dollars for a shower and the soap dispenser was broken so I didn't have any soap to wash with and I glance down and noticed that the shower wasn't even clean,,I didn't say anything at all I just walked out,,I never had a issue before,,who knows maybe it was a one time thing,,I do know that I can't afford problems and I shouldn't let one mess up to influence me,,,time will tell

Diesel pumps are garbage. Def pumps painfully slow if at all. Key pads don't work. Recept machine inside half the time can't find your recept. Only about 50% percent of the time do things actually work like their supposed to. I hate having to fuel here.

Great stop for gas and snacks. They have good pizza and lots of trucker accessories. Friendly staff and it always smells like cinnamon rolls 😋

Altho it's clean EVERYTHING is WAY overpriced. Like outrageously overpriced. 2$ more for my daily drinks here than anywhere else. Definitely a last resort stop.

Awesome experience. Both in the truck stop and in the Subway attached. Good place to get whatever you need before crossing into Canada, or coming back from Canada. Very friendly folks here. The restrooms were clean, the food fresh, and the coffee awesome. I love this truck stop and always make it point to stop here anytime I'm in the area. Thanks Pilot Smiths Creek, y'all are awesome.

Nice clean place with friendly staff a good array of products and services and an attached Subway.Everyone was very warm and welcoming both times we went. They've got about all your expected gas station amenities and even more travel related products. They had a good selection of basic medicine, and their headache meds were a big help to me on our second visit. The bathrooms were also very clean. Their truck service seems to be good (I'm a pedestrian vehicle driver), and there were announcements of there being showers ready for the truckers.Over all, it's a very nice place that's nicer than most gas stations you'll visit.

My first stop after crossing the border from Canada to fill gas. Their washrooms are always clean, decent food choices. Also my last stop before heading towards Canada. Very close to border to fill cheap gas and I don't have to drive in to Port Huron City to fill gas which is generally more expensive. Their coffee is good too. Staff is friendly. Subway staff is also friendly. My kids love their in store pizza when available. A full tank here takes me all the way to Chicago where I go at least twice a year.

Used to love this place, but their fax machine never works anymore and they don’t have an email address, which means if you are a truck driver who stops here to get your paperwork before crossing the border, you’re screwed. I will have to find a new place to stop before crossing the border.

This was one of the cleanest and well maintained Pilots my husband and I have been in. The showers were spotless driving a big truck you see them all and I have to say kudos Mic you and your team do an awesome job!! Will be back everytime we get a chance. And thanks for the coffee Melissa your friendliness made a rough week a bit better!!

Clean. Lots of items to choose from. Gas prices were actually LOWER than surrounding fuel places. The smell of the Cinnabon rolls is heavenly. This place has bathrooms and showers and in store dining area with a subway. Lots of staff available and a HUGE coffee area.

Nicest, cleanest Pilot we’ve ever stopped at!! There was a lovely lady at the Cinnabon counter who welcomed us, helped us find things and then, finally, tempted us with some mini Cinnabons, which we succumbed to! The bathroom was almost sparkling clean which was such a pleasant surprise to me. Blessings to you!

The employees here have an attitude they don’t talk the fight they work here but thinks they own the place we are customers we have right to ask question. I hope I dont have to stop at this location. Getting worst if you cant handle the volume of truck driver should stay home.

Decent showers, not too big a line at the fuel pumps, limited truck parking (approx 40 stalls). They have Sunday and cinnamon...... Pretty basic Pilot in other words....fuel is a little high price wise but being so close to Canada that it's to be expected

This is my whole family's stop before or after crossing the Sarnia border all the time.It's a very very clean stop specially considering a lot of trucks stop at Pilot. Staff super welcoming. This location got everything you may desire during the road trip.Mostly they have good gas prices as well but nonetheless it is THE far BEST.Keep it up Pilot.

The biggest problem with stopping here is resisting the smell of the Cinnabon baking area. There is a wide variety of hot and cold drinks as well as Subway and a plethora of food and snacks. We really stopped to take advantage of the low gas prices and get another coffee. Both were well satisfied.

Best service ever at any pilot that I've been to many Pilots the lady working counter said good morning as I walk through the door what usually is always done at the Love's fuel stops, so I think the pilot should do the same thing. The lady that working there overnight this is awesome thank you for the service

Relatively clean bathrooms. Newer fuel dispensers. Seemed to have a decent selection of items. Particularly if you are into CB radios. Odd. No beer here. Seemed to be well maintained and clean.

A little bit pricey inside but they always have a great variety of snacks, fresh baked pizza at the front counter, souvenirs, soft drinks and gadgets to use in your vehicles.. It is a stop for the Truckers and they have actual shower in there for them to use. The showers are in the way back down a hallway.. You'd never know they were in there unless you hear "shower ready for, so and so" . Oh, they make and sell the REAL Cinnabon's also! You can buy them individually or by the box!

A great clean and seemingly safe truck stop. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. A big selection of food, subway is attached to it. Right off the freeway. A definite good stop.
