I used to love coming here, but then Gillroys bought it, and it got a little better with the selection. But the prices are just outrageous. No reason why things should cost 2 to 3 times more than you can get them in other places. Find Myself walking out Again, empty handed yesterday. I gave it 2 stars because the staff is very knowledgeable & very helpful, But the price gouging has gotta stop.

Called for a tool rental. The man on the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When the price did not add up to the quote given to my friend he became hostile. When my friend called back they agreed to rent the tool for the price quoted to her. We went there and the man made several ill-mannered remarks and again was dismissive. At one time he said, "It is what it is, deal with it." Very misogynistic towards women. When we picked up the tool, he was very unhelpful and rude. He also didn't give us the bolt needed to use the tool. An all together bad experience. We never had these problems when it was Ace Hardware and was family owned.

Love this place. They always have whatever I need and are better stocked than Home Depot! Super helpful if you need assistance. My “go to” place.
