Had a great experience with my pom/bull dog mix. They took the cutest picture of her! They tended to her shyness in a kind matter. And even took the time to educate me on her fur type. Already booked her next appointment. Will be recommending to family, friends for sure!

Love this place! They are booking for grooming appointments 3 months out so call now to get your time set! They do offer walk-in nail trims (cash only, $12 for trim, $15 for grind) but call beforehand for a heads up.

Super close to my house so very convenient. Staff seem friendly; however, is it just my pets or do they just keep cutting animals. one of my dogs has a problem her blood does not clot, and this is 2nd time in a row she is coming back from grooming bleeding :(

Quick and friendly service. Our cat got a Lions cut with a bath and he looked great, they post cute photos to their FB. You can tell their care about the pets. I felt it was a touch pricey but I would go again.

Friends Furever took great care of my girl Kayla. She is a nervous dog and they were so patient and kind, that is really important to me. I am new to long haired dogs and they took the time to explain the care process and what steps I can take to manage between grooming. I am so thankful for professionals who love what they do and are willing to share their passion with their customers.

I took my senior cat in there today to have some mats shaved out. The owner actually did the work...she was amazing and so nice and calm. One of the nicest thing is that she made sure all the barking dogs that would make my cat uncomfortable were gone and that the shop was quiet.

I'm not sure if it's the time of year, but I couldn't get into our normal groomer, or two others for over a month. There was an opening at Friends Furever and we are so glad we booked it! They did a great job with our Shih Tzu. Cut perfectly - they even got to the little part under his nose! Only took an hour and a half and the groomers were very nice. Clean inside and not smelly like some others we've tried. We will be back

Great - until you have an issue. Be prepared to be terminated as a client. Read the following.....Wow. I am completely shocked at this business’s response. I’ve been seeing @Friends Furever Pet Salon (Rockford, MI) for a while now, for my fur baby Zoe. 6 weeks ago, she unfortunately had a bad haircut. It happens, it was a bad haircut, let’s be real; - but not how we have her groomed. We spoke, they gave a refund. Literally the only time I’ve had a problem. As with anything, you go back and forth - a little shorter, too short... howver the last time, they shaved her. Cut off all her ear fur, knicked her tummy. We spoke, and I considered the issue done, and I was set now to call and schedule her next appointment. I called and left messages 3 times. I left a Facebook message. No response. So today, my daughter said “call using my phone”. Lo and behold they answer. They state they’ll call me back. I received a termination note on facebook. I’m quite frankly shocked on their lack of response and hiding from me. If you don’t want me as a client, fine. However that punishes my pet, as she needs a groom and I have to find a new groomer!!! I could have been told they won’t service me when I had the complaint. I’ve never had an issue before - and if this is how they handle any sort of complaint? Consumer beware. Such as shame.

Great place if you’re looking to be disrespected and would also like to have your dog butchered. You so much as mention anything to them about the quality of their work they will Terminate you as a client. Funny that when I went on to leave a review I also read another person’s review and apparently this is a common situation. Also, the price is different each time you go in for the same service. If only there was a zero star option.

After repeatedly asking for a specific groomer and having a less than acceptable job on our Morkie, the owner and groomers not wearing masks when in contact with customers in the middle of the Covid pandemic we decided to leave a three star review on another site.Recently, after making repeated calls for an appointment we were greeted with a voicemail firing us as customers. Seriously Fur Ever Friends, if you can’t take constructive criticism you should probably find a business that doesn’t involve customer interaction.
