Never will visit this store in the future, while we were shopping they shut the lights off on us in the aisle turn pitch black could not even see your hands in front of you we still needed two bolts there's no way that a assistant could have helped us find the bolts because they were all in different areas than what they should have been in not well organized. We would have spent more shopping in there but they hurried up and rushed us out because they were too lazy to stay open 5 minutes later very rude and uncalled for whoever this young lady was should not be working in the aisles. My suggestion she works in the back and a desk not dealing with public. That is why I left a low score star rating.

This place is good for quick basic fixes. They had some parts I needed for my faucet project but not all the parts. They also didn't carry the special tools I needed to complete the job. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because the staff is always helpful and I understood going into the store that this location is for basic household jobs. They also carry a variety of local and Michigan specialty food products, which are ALWAYS a great buy!

Convenient, most of the employees don't know what there talking about, but, some do. Went there today for a round file,found it,actually cheaper than tractor supply,I still don't bother with asking the kids anything technical, they do help you load up stuff like concrete or potting soil and they are polite. They also know where the stuff you need is located.

Once you walk in, the cashier is there to greet you.Then there maybe a employee close by, if not their, always back at the paint table .They always ask if I need any help.Their all friendly. So I give them five stars.The place is clean well stocked , and do good business.

It's a great place cuz you can always find somebody there to help you out and they're more than willing to help you out and answer any questions you have a small town service is great. They also have knowledge of the areas in the store by plumbing or electrical or gardening and they have a good selection of stock.

I gotta say, I go to plenty of hardware stores in all of the tri-county area big and small, this place has by far the best customer service out of all I have traversed. Bonus points for a variety of music taste (K-pop too 😆)

Always friendly. Greeted as soon as you walk in and offered help. They have always had what we needed in Stock. Paint is great, building materials are good quality and it never takes long if you need something specialized. Clean aisles, well organized and never stock laying around. Excellent!

I am a single mom and have 2 sick children at home. I needed to get my humidifiers running, but needed new filters. I called and spoke with Tim, whom looked up the replacement filters for me and kept them at the service counter for me until a family member could pick them up for me. Thank you Tim, I really appreciate your awesome customer service. Thank you Stine Ace Hardware for carrying a variety of humidifier filters.

This place perfectly combines the small-town hardware store with the selection you would expect to find in one of those giant orange or blue stores.Since moving to the Richmond area, I have made several visits to Stone's, and every time have been impressed with the experience.Heck, even the younger team members have developed knowledge about their products and how they are applied to solve problems.This is my new favorite place for hardware/home improvement/etc.

Been in a lot of ACE hardware stores and this one is always to most helpfull. You'll be asked if you need help by every single employee within minutes. Not the biggest or best stocked but off the charts on customer service.

Woman working the register needs to lose her job. She was so rude to an elderly costumer it was awful. Most everything is overpriced. No issues with the other staff but 1 person ruined it for the rest. Will not be giving them my business again
