I gave two stars because the front counter and store in entirity wasn't an issue. The pharmacy on the other hand, Not sure if the lady in there today had a bad day or WHAT. But from the second we went to the counter she was horrible. Her attitude, and overall customer service was TERRIBLE. Rude, snarky, talked down. Not sure what I did to make her day bad. Apparently my RX coupon was of no interest to her because in her words "I should be happy it's at a cheaper price now than the last time I was in here" was her response when questioned why the price was higher than my coupon that I was under the impression they honored and accepted? Just completely horrible experience overall. Won't ever be getting anything filled here again. Hope she or the store figures the issues out with that one. Don't suggest filling prescriptions here unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Printed 12 photos, 8 were unusable due to poor quality of printing. Tried to complain on customer service line and was transferred twice, asked for my personal information beyond what was necessary, then on hold until I gave up. Would not shop again.

I went in to cvs before work. I stood at the register for a bit. Not too long, but long enough to wonder where an associate was. The associate came up and said he was going to help me use the self serve. I said I'd rather be rung up. He insisted it would be faster. I was on my way to work. I didn't want a tutorial on something I've used before. I wanted to be at the register and get customer service. He was persistent. Trying to show me what to push and scan. I was clear that it wasn't what I wanted. I became frazzled. I placed my things back to the register and asked if he could please just ring me up. I asked if they still do that. Did I have a choice? He said of course. I was bewildered why I had to continuously say I didn't want self checkout and move my stuff back to the register if thats the case. He had slowly voided the transaction he started. I begged for him just to ring me up. He was going slow and said he couldn't because of all the other customers and didn't want to lose his job. The store was empty. He did ring me up. He called me rude and said he didn't have to help me. He kept saying it was his job to use the self serve. He escalated an ordinary transaction to an awful experience in this CVS. I gave two stars for the clean stocked shelves. Customer service would have gotten zero.

In spite of it being Christmas Eve, the staff was patient, caring and friendly! A bright, clean, spacious, well-stocked store awaited last-minute shoppers!

I went yesterday at 4PM to pick up a last minute photo gift and the printers were acting up so my order wasn't done. They could tell I was sad when they told me and were both very kind and apologetic. Even though their day seemed more frustrating trying to get the printers working, they had great customer service and I hope the boss appreciates them!

Horrible experience. They are rude and a attitude problem. The lady there only picks certain people she wants to act nice to and do her job for. Leave all that personal nonsense at home.

We want to thank the pharmacist Stuart at this CVS, My wife and I got our second Covid shot from him and he was amazing at how he explained everything about how the Vaccine works, The reactions we could expect, The needle poke itself and was very helpful about my latex allergy. Thank you so much Stuart, You are the best!

Usually this place is at least ok. Past 3 times I have gone through the pickup lane for prescriptions however, there is an older lady with dark hair who works behind the pharmacy counter that insists on leaning out the window and removes their mask to yell-speak at you as a form of communication.Lady. You're loud enough. Keep your damn mask on. It's also the lane and window you accept covid tests from. You work in the medical field. Have some sense.

I'm not sure if anyone reads these from the store but I had a great experience at the pharmacy about a week ago. I went to pick up my medication and the sweetest girl was patient with my thousand questions and so helpful! It really makes all the difference when you feel welcome and taken care of in a business. Thanks again Kodi. I will definitely be returning to this location!!

Store wasn't open at 8:15 am even when posted hours say open at 8. Lady at door was rude pushing cart out said Store Manager not here so can't open. I understand things happen but really no reason to be rude. Took my business to Rite Aid.

Shout out to Connie. She took about 20 minutes to help me print photos for my grandma's memorial service even when my phone wouldn't connect to the kiosk properly. So kind, patient, and helpful.

Anybody using Richmond CVS. Make sure you check your prescriptions when you get them. Make sure to count is right make sure you have the right medication. I low-rated this pharmacy for a short count on one of my prescriptions last month. Their computers say it's radon my account does not.

If I could give the pharmacy Staff a negative number for their rudeness and unwillingness to help I would. I switched to rite aid a couple of years ago , and finally my husband has switched too. I will never go to cvs again if I can help it
