I bought two big Macs and got home to find A PILE of HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! Upon calling the manager was rude and would only say everyone was wearing a hair net in the kitchen. My wife use to work here at this reed City location and no one wears hair nets in the back just hats!!!! Ugh spent $6 on food and had to waste over double the money in gas to get my food!!! This is ridiculous. Only Julie was nice and apologize, the other shift manager on the phone was rude and the other manager at the front desk was also rude. Neither apologized and barley took care of it. Julie was the only person to apologize.

I got the crispy chicken sandwich for 7.99 & was very disappointed! It was shrunken & was not fresh, but microwaved & mushy. Hubby's Quarter Pounder was juicy & fresh.It was too busy to ask for a fresh sandwich or I would have done so. Bathroom was a mess, but there was a worker waiting to get in there.Kid-friendliness: Lots of good seating. Ball crawl room has been converted to a big eating area.

I don't care for the kiosks but I tried to use it anyway. All fine but it wouldn't let me pick my drink size.So then sti had to use front counter. Drive thru busy and lobby empty so it took awhile to order.No self refill station either which apparently is the new official trend. That is sad.

I ordered cook to order fries. I got to the window, The young girl at the window handed me my stuff. I asked her if these were the cook to order fries?. She said I wasn't aware that they should have been. Let me fix that, She was more than helpful. The manager Sarah however insisted that those were the cook to order fries, She stated they came out of the fire less than 5 minutes ago, they were in my hand and they were cold and soggy. Not fresh like I ordered.

8-2022 Someone got lazy and just slapped the Extra Onions tag on an already made standard Mcdouble. -1☆2022 First Cheeseburger I ever had that had the cheese on the outside instead of in. Employees screwing around.2021 Just had my first raw McChicken, was a deformed double patty that was too thick to cook internally. Was nice and squishy in my mouth

There's one manager at that location that in my opinion should be fired as soon as possible. She's rude to customers and treats her employees horribly. The fries are ok at certain times of the day and when I was there the young lady who's probably new is extremely polite and helpful to the customers and she is always cleaning the lobby so the lobby looks awesome and in my opinion she's worth $15/hr. I used to work at a McDonald's and there's no reason why employees should be standing around doing nothing or just standing in front of the grill talking and not doing anything there's always something to do so I was very displeased seeing almost everyone else except that Young lady she's shorter than the rest but like I said in my opinion she's worth $15/hr only because she shows everything that a McDonald's looks for or wants in a employee she's polite and is very helpful when a customer complains about something. She definitely gets a complete 5 star rating from me if I was able to do that. I unfortunately didn't order anything due to my disgust with the manager I mentioned which all I know is her name is Sarah because I heard one of the employees say her name so like I said that manager needs to be fired bc I noticed on multiple accounts that she is extremely rude to employees and customers and shouldn't be a manager at all. I wish I knew that young ladies name but she's short and has glasses but she should be at $15/hr if she isn't already.

Reed city McDonald's sucks, you get hair in your food. If you ask for extra toppings you get a burger or chicken sandwich drowned in toppings to where it ruins it. Also the McDonald's app don't like to work at Reed city McDonald's so don't plan on getting any deals. Also the manager Zach tells your wife to eat his d--- on the phone when you call in to tell them they messed up your order. Not right at all. Won't ever eat at Reed city McDonald's ever again.....

We stopped here on our way back home from a camping trip. There was a truck/trailer lot adjacent to the car parking with an outer ring of grass to walk the dogs. They also had two picnic tables for outdoor eating near the parking lots. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered via the kiosk and our food was brought to us quickly by friendly and competent staff. We were thanked on our way out. Overall we really enjoyed our lunch experience today. This would be a good place to stop on a road trip - they even had enough space for a charter bus to stop.

Not only were they obviously unprepared for the lunch rush, leaving employees frustrated and unable to concentrate or help, it leaves the customers feeling angry. The wait for our food was unacceptable. And I would love to understand why I have to wait for my cup on top of waiting for my food when I have already paid. This is not a McDonald's policy, it's an franchise owner policy and it's a weak move!

Not a nice experience!! Drive through person acted rude and unpleasant. She was verbally rude and was angry at us it seemed, when SHE typed in order wrong and gave us an incorrect total due. She did, not group items correctly in meals to get discounts. Instead, she requested higher priced total and I questioned and corrected her on it. When I asked for the error be corrected so I could add items, she was nasty and stated could not be done with coupons. I had had enough of her know it all n belittling attitude and asked for manager. Who promptly made corrections, finished taking order. Plus gave me a free order of fries for the trouble we had had.Staff that has issues working with public needs to be on the grill duty or anywhere but taking orders, money, and greeting the public. This is 2nd time I have had drive through do this.😔🤬

We were missing a whole meal from our order and informed them. No one turned around to check with anyone else to see if it was coming and just said it'll be a few mins. I stepped to the side and waited 10 mins as it was busy and walked back up and asked about the food. To which I was again told um.... I think it'll be a minute. But no one asked anyone else just stood there. 5 more mins and still no food. I ask and am ignored on the food. I have to yell into the kitchen to ask if I'm getting my food or not, because now its been 15 mins after I picked up my order and still missing my food. The manager talked to me like a child and told me to calm down and didn't offer an apology or anything. By the time I got the missing meal mine was cold. Also half of our drinks were just soda water. Awful service very dissatisfied customers.

I was here last time and they got my order wrong so I gave them a another chance and I order a plain burger and i said no ketchup and the gave me THEY GAVE ME SO MUCH KETCHUP and pickles and onions and I said a plain burger they keep geting people orders wronge don’t go if you want bad customer service

my review Is not about the restaurant it's about an employee. Her name is Angie worked 1st shift she is one of the most pleasant employees I have ever dealt with she is friendly. out going and Courtious. I have been going to McDonald's in Reed city for most of my life and I must say that Angie is one of the best employees they have ever had there. It's really nice to be able to go in to McDonald's in Reed city and be served with such kindness rather than feeling and being treated like a burden.. Angie smiles at every customer and welcomes them as they walk up. Angie is a great asset to your business and I truly hope you treat her as such.Thank youMichelle Button
