I’ve been going here for an about year and this year I decided to try the 420 deals for first time. The team member I got was Isaiah. He was very apologetic for the long wait. He was happy, friendly, and made sure we got the best deal. He gave us recommendations based on what he’s tried personally himself.

Angela was wonderful! I came in with some friends and she helped us all and very quickly answering any questions we had. My favorite thing was that she and the other staff actually talked to you like a person and not just a dollar sign and not once did they try to upsale anything at all to us like the other store we went to before hand. If I could give more stars I would and highly recommend stopping by.

Budtender was very helpful and made my experience at Joyology that much better. They always have a smile on and make sure u know about all the deals they have and really try to save u as much as possible while making sure u get what u want. Good customer service is getting harder to find nowadays so is refreshing to see this.

Put in a order last 2 days first day waited took over 11 hours I feel asleep at 6 pm woke up at 12 to a text at 720 it was ready to bad they were closed ordered again today didn't even bother trying to get my order still says being prepared there closed so I went to the other 1 in quincy way better and faster and they get more customers

got a few carts, and some flower, last time I went. the carts tasted great, and worked amazing! flower was a bit dry in nug form but once i grinded it, it was really soft and smoked great. love this place, thanks to all the workers who do an amazing job bringing us this quality product!

Drew said that he's a newer bud tender at this location. That didn't stop him from providing excellent service and an enjoyable shopping experience. His knowledge of cannabis products and enthusiasm towards making sure the customer gets what they're looking for... makes the 'Reading' location of Joyology worth revisiting.
