Great store that has much more than you might think inside. We bought a few things and one item we needed they showed online but wasn't there so they helped us order it online to pick up at the store for free, and it only took 2 days to arrive.

Outstanding customer service! Amber was amazing! We called to see if they had our dogs food, because the tsc in our town is out of stock. After I explained to her that we had called 4 other tsc's and everybody was saying they didn't have it, not only did she check to see if any tsc in the entire district had it, but when that showed no results she took it upon herself to look for other stores in the area that might carry it (Diamond Naturals). She found one and went even further and called them to check for me!! She even gave them my name to put it on hold for me to drive there! 5 stars goes to you Amber! Fantastic job tonight!!

Fabulous customer service, Heddy Lu got a Kong toy for her 3rd Birthday, and within a half hour it no longer squeaked. She was heartbroken. Sam at TSC said bring it back. Great day for Heddy Lu, and thanks TSC for always meeting and beating our expectations 🐶

The customer service is fantastic at this store. They guy (don't know his name) helped me gather everything I needed for my new chicks. They also worked hard in finding me a chicken coop (Melissa the manager went to a few stores for me). Really appreciated their help!

We drive roughly 35 min to this location specifically for their dog wash bay. It is so convenient and all the necessities for a good wash/dry/trim are provided. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection of products. Highly recommend. I wish all TSC locations offered this service!

Had to return a saw and had the one year free replacement and the manager gave me a lot of resistance because I had already returned one saw because it was defective and she tried telling me the warranty that I paid for was void once I exchanged the saw previously, then tried to make me feel like she was doing me a favor. The warrantee is for a year. Period.

I always love shopping here. I have never had to wait in line. Workers always greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you find something. Love it when they take you to the item instead of pointing out where it is at.I will definitely be back as usual.

The employees that work here are very helpful and nice. They also usually have what I need when I go in for my livestock and pets. Their convenient location to southern Portage is perfect for us to make a quick trip into town for what we need without the headache of traffic. Most of the stuff sold here is a better deal than anywhere else when it is on sale with the 10% coupon. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I went there to get their high quality, vet-recommended 4Health brand dog food. Very reasonable prices (much lower than national brands) yet the ingredients are comparable to or better than most other brands. Many other dog/cat items available there as well, along with farm & garden supplies. Helpful staff, easy in/out. Highly recommended.

I have never been so disappointed in the staff at Tractor Supply than tonight between 530-630pm. I had been looking for a brand of coat and boots I saw on their online website. I was eager to ask questions on what brands were best as I have had several in the past and wanted to try something new. Upon finding a customer service representative I was immediately shut down and told that they were helping other customers and busy at the moment. (Jordan and Samantha had both told me this) without assuring me that someone could assist me when they were finished. Instead they continued to be brief and rude when I asked where items were located and I felt compelled to just leave them alone rather than being talked down to and rushed because they were ready to close at 7pm. I have had plenty of unpleasant experiences at other stores and just chalked it up to someone having a bad day. However, today was different. These two woman were pleasant with the other customers they were helping, yet so quick to dismiss me. I was a paying customer at a high priced store. I was thoroughly disgusted with their behavior so I called after I left to speak with a manager. After waiting on hold Samantha answers the phone. She was one of the women I talked to while I was there. Before being able to express my concerns I was immediately shut down and confronted with a very confrontational attitude and the worst customer service I have ever received. She argued with me over the phone and refused to let me finish my concerns. What kind of business hires employees like this?! I will be writing to her supervisor Troy and hopefully will AT LEAST receive an apology for the distasteful environment their organization was this evening. After long thought and consideration I will be returning my purchase and going to another store instead. I have plenty of family and friends who also shop here as we own a large farm. We will all consider whether this experience is worth contributing our hard earned money to.

DO NOT bring your own pets to this store. My boyfriend and I were getting our puppy food for our new dog and they have a “store” dog that stays there. He would not leave our puppy alone and was jumping all over us. Mind you this was a HUGE pit bull and has extremely sharp and long nails that dug into our skin when he jumped on us. It made our shopping experience very frustrating because we had to carry our dog so the other one wouldn’t keep sniffing her. The employees did absolutely nothing to prevent the dog from jumping on us and bothering our puppy. I don’t mind having a “store” dog but the employees should have grabbed his leash to prevent this from happening.

I love having this place close by instead of dealing with a big box store. The prices on some things may be slightly higher but worth the short distance from product to register. They are the only store I can get my dog food(prohealth) and their bird seed and suet cakes are actually cheaper than Wal-Mart and better quality. Please support this store because the employees are always nice and they allow dogs in the store. Heck where else can you go and see chickens and ducks in the spring.

Lady didn't know what 5/16 s.s. cable was, even when standing in front of it. Took ~ 15 minutes to cut it. Mangled the end leaving sharp strands. Then Walked off to help another customer leaving the cable on the ground. I was actually happy she walked off, since she wasn't wearing a mask over her face.No employees were properly wearing masks, and we're definitely not social distancing.

I just received a gun safe that I paid $140 in shipping for and the company hired to deliver it just dropped it at my steps. They didn’t bring it in! How am I supposed to bring it in now? Thats the point of home delivery! The guy delivering said “oh just get 4 guys to lift if”...um what!?! Yeah I know four guys who can just run right over after I paid that much to get this product to my house! Tractor Supply is terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves for offering delivery for heavy items like that and there is no way to put it where it needs to go. I know I am not the only person who has had this issue! Fix your issues Tractor Supply and hire an honest helpful delivery company!

This is a rather quick review, but I gave always enjoyed tractor supply as I am a old farm boy. I was shocked to find a drone marked down a 110.00! They are out of those now folks so sorry. Over the years I have gone there I only ran into one impolite employee and that was five years ago. They will always take the time to help you out if they can. That and every spring its fun to go look at the baby ducks and chicks with my grandchildren. 👍👍
